I just started service again with Alterra. I used them a few years ago then moved to a condo, so didn't need pest control for a few years. Now that I moved to a house again, I decided to use Alterra since they did such a good job at my old house a few years ago. For my recent initial service, Ruben Perez was polite, professional, and was concerned about spraying inside the house with my baby. I appreciate that he cared and that he did a thorough job with the service.

Pleased with having recently signed up for pest control service with Alterra. The technician, Michael H, arrived promptly at the scheduled time and explained what he was going to do and also answered any questions I had. I am pleased to be using Alterra and working with Michael!

We have had alterra for a few years and are very happy with the service. If you need them to come back they get there right away. We like our tech Andy S a lot he is very friendly and always explains what he is doing. Please give him a raise since he is going to be a daddy soon!

Mann was very patient listening to my description of a new creepy crawly I have been seeing in my yard. Most important he figured out what it was and how to get rid of it! I have always had a positive experience with Alterra Pest and their employees.

Mr. Renwick came out today and sprayed my house very very good, he also gave my wife and I some great and helpful tips on ants. He was very nice and wanted to help us get rid of these ants.

Renwick was the man today... He took care of all my spider webs at the crib, appreciated man, good looking.
