I found a dead rat in my backyard a couple weeks ago. I called Alterra, and they were out within the hour. And Andy S. was very helpful, he took care of the problem, and even checked around to make sure there were no other issues. Great company!

We had our initial service today and the technician Josh J. (Sac#108) was so courteous and friendly. He was very knowledgable and the best part about it all, was that he showed up on time and got right to work and was done in a timely, yet very thorough, fashion!

We have been customers Altera for over a year now. The company is wonderful and most of the service providers do a very thorough job. The Company is very customer service oriented. On our most recent service, Josh S. (Sac #108) did a great job attacking all of our problem areas and giving advice on managing our spider problem. I was so impressed that I was inspired to write my first review!

Ravi C. sold us on Alterra Pest's 4 Seasons Protection Plan/services and Mann K. came the very next day and did the initial protection service. Both Ravi & Mann were very polite and explained the protection process in detail and answered all our questions clearly. Mann was very thorough during his visit - clearing away numerous webs from all over our property and spraying. I'm very pleased with Alterra so far and believe the company really strives to satisfy it's customers.
