Renwick came out to my house today and did a great job. He was very focus on the spider webs around my front porch, Alterra's service pro Renwick was very friendly and had a nice smile, and did everything he was ask to do. I was so pleased with his work.

Step by step instructions given by Renwick and Chris that made me feel calm. He talk with me about me contract and was very helpful. I just felt that feeling of trust. Renwick the bug guy was also very informative, told me everything he was going to do before he did it. Explained all details with a desire for me to understand.

Alterra Pest control is a great way to keep your home pest free, especially in the summer months. I love that de-webbing is a part of the package too. Our planters are snail free. Overall, the service is a must. Our Service Pro Renwick is great and always leaves comments about things we should take note of and other useful information. I especially appreciate his mentioning that our back gate was locked and to call them back so they can finish spraying the back half of the house. Thanks Renwick!

Efficient, fast service with a smile.

Mann showed up totally ready to hear out all my encounters with freaky, creepy, crawlin' centipedes that look like huge Roly Poly bugs and the way too close and large for comfort spider that was dwelling in a crevice above the front door. He was extremely courteous and went out of his way to help eradicate the problem. Hopefully he will be our constant bug guy for he genuinely came here to fix the problem. Thank you so much again Mann, if I could leave 2 "wows" I absolutely would!
