we have had to have them come out a few times to clear up the ants in my pantry. The first time Mann came and was super nice. Andy S. came the second time and made sure to double coat everything and even left me with additional baits just in case. Both were great guys!

Alterra is very professional and thorough and I like how they call the day before to inform you they will be coming. We have a very good Service Pro Michael Hendrix, he does a GREAT job!

My Husband and I just signed up with Alterra and Renwick came out and did our very first service. He was very respectful and kind with a southern hospitality, words can't explain how good he treated us. Renwick was extremely detailed about what he was going to do and I would like to have him service our house every time. I would highly recommend Alterra to everyone I know.

Renwick P serviced my house today and did a great job. He call me 45 minutes before coming to my house, when he arrived and knocked on the door he first ask me how was my day. Then he told me everything he was going to do, Renwick also took care of the spider webs that was on my tree and brushes. I really appericate his hard work and dedication.

Alterra Service today was great. Renwick knock down all of the wasp nest that was under my roof area. He also took his time to make sure me and my wife was satisfied. Alterra is a very good company

Renwick P with Alterra came to my house, I thought I had termites. Instead, he said that I had carpenter ants. Renwick help me out with my problem also saved me some money. Alterra is very honest and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I am a new customer with Alterra. I left Orkin after about 2 year and recently join Alterra, I am very much please with there service right now. Renwick P one of there workers came out and did my service, he was very educated and did an wonderful job.

We have been previous customers with Alterra and were very pleased. Unfortunately when we moved we had to cancel our service. When we just moved back Nathan came out to our home to set up service and was kind enough to let me schedule for the following week to start our service which was great! Today Brian and Ryan came out for our initial spray and both were so friendly and informative. The process was fast and all our questions were answered with a lot of knowledge. We are very excited to have this service again!

Mann did a great job during our initial service. Plus, he even turned off the hose after using it which was nice because I completely forgot until a day later. Nice guy. Not bad on the eyes, either.

He is so nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. He does a great job and such a hard worker wants to please his customers and make them happy.

Recently, I enjoyed the pest control service of Alterra. Michael Hendliy, the service pro, was very helpful and polite. He explained the progress of the pest control patiently. Also, the result of the service is significant. It's good.

Today was my initial service and I had Mann as my service pro. Mann did a great job, he was very courteous and made sure to explain everything to me. I'm very impressed with the service.
