Had them come out and fix the issue another company caused and took them less time to fix it then the other company to break it, Thumbs up and highly recommend first time

Had the technician dustin come out and look at my a/c and for a young guy he was very nice and even gave me some helpful hints to help my a/c during the summer.

After hearing on the radio , I called and had them service my air conditioner. I was impressed with everything from the set up of call to the tech asking me is their anything he could do to improve his service. That was outstanding !!! Will recommend to all who need a/c or plumbing service.

First Time Techs are Great! They showed up when they said they would. They charged what they should they would. They were very professional with their communication and work ethic. They have the skill set and equipment to get the job done right on the spot. I most certainly recommend them.

First Time is a great company with awesome services techs. I use there annual maintenance plan and I am never not impressed with the great customer service I receive. If I never need people to call they are first on my list, they even help me work around my schedule for work. What other company does that? Reputable company!! Always use First Time!

The last thing you want is to have your a/c go out on a hot summer day, well that is exactly what happened to me! Called a couple companies and they wanted to charge $99.00 just to come out and tell me whats wrong! That's ridiculous! First Time only charged $59.95 to come out and they even gave me $25 off coupon just for telling them about my experience! Wow!! You have a long time customer for sure now!
