She is tops and we have been with the company for the last 6 years.

Don't do business with these folks. We always paid for products in advance and when we received bad cartridges that ruined our copier, they would not refund us our money, even on the cartridges that were never opened or used. I sent pictures and cartridges back to them to document everything. I was told that they don't do refunds. So I have a credit that I can't use. Great! That helps!!

Fred is a great sales rep, never pushy. Very friendly and always follows through. Have used Fred for several years and have never had a problem. If a cartridge doesn't work he ships out a replacement immediately. Great company to do business with and best sales rep ever.

I was skeptical at first. Refill companies have been a major disappointment in the past. This company has provided a quality item at a reasonable price. I have not had any problems with their cartridges to this point and I do recommend them to my friends, family, and coworkers.

James Harrison, was able to save my company the cost of a new printer by taking the time to locate lost reset info.He's the best and without him we would be throwing away printers before their time.God bless James and God bless America.

I have been using this company for 12 years now and their customer service is fantastic. I save on my office supplies for my printers/copy/fax machines and it is so easy to order. Siemone is wonderful. I can just call and she knows all of the printers we have and can tell me or remind me if I need anything for them. I can just call and tell her my colored printer in the back office needs magenta and she has such amazing notes she knows which brand it is and what toner it needs. We have several color and black toner machines in different offices but she gets it right all the time. She has never been to our office but it's like she has the visual. The shipments are so fast as well. Siemone is always my go to gal for toners and inks, including our stamp machine because I can rely on her and her company 100%. This is so rare to see. I appreciate what she does and how well the company is structured. Thank you for all you guys do there and thank you Siemone for always being friendly, professional and on time with all my orders. Now that is 12 years of perfection!! Great job!!

I started years ago with my sales person Laurel Williams. She was always great and amazing to work with. When she left we cut down on what we bought until I got a phone call from her husband Larry Williams. Its always a pleasure to hear his voice on the phone when he calls to check on our stock. We order ink and they said it will last for up to 600 pages and it only print 100 pages, and the customer service is the worst. Never again we are using their product, really bad experience.
