They responded to my service call in a timely manner. They do an excellent job cleaning up after themselves when they finish the job. Very polite and professional employees. I believe the services they offer for basements with water issues is a sound investment towards your home.

They are professional,prompt and courteous. They explained the job to us and respected our property protecting it and also cleaned up the job when completed.

Back in 2010, we were having serious water issues in our basement. In the fall of that year, we contacted Everdry to resolve the issue. Within 48 hours, the crews had the new system installed and operational. Today, seven years later, we now have a dry and usable space for our family. I’ve never experience an issue with their solution and only once have I had to contact them about the equipment they installed, which was resolved as well in a very timely manner.

All the men worked diligently all day to complete the job. They were all friendly and polite. They did a good job of cleaning up the mess.

We had the best experience with EverDry! They went above and beyond what we expected a waterproofing job would be for a basement area as well - subpump installation which meant digging down both inside and out. They were clean, efficient, and I can honestly say our home is healthier because of it! I cannot recommend them more!

Basement got very wet after a rain and has been bone dry since EVERDRY waterproofed it. Extremely hot when they showed up the first day(on time i might add) but they worked right thru it. Very happy with their job Dillsboro RH

Sadly, that is very rare during these times of doing things half way and only being out for the dollar.

They went above and beyond to complete our installation in record time. I have lots of peace of mind and do not worry if any issues arise as the customer service has been above and beyond thus far!

Everdry installed a new drainage system in our basement and exterior, including re-plumbing the sump pump, running a new line through the back yard, and connecting the downspouts to the new line. Our basement has been perfectly dry ever since, and it's been nearly ten years. Very happy with the service.

I had a problem with water leaking into my basement every time it rained. My daughter would have to come over the next day and mop it up and clean. This was always a mess. We contacted Everdry and they came out, explained all they would do very clearly. In november 2008 Everdry made the repair including an air flow unit to keep the basement fresh. Since then there has been no water in my basement an it has a clean smell. The only problem i had was in february 2011, a sump pump problem and Everdry came and corrected this issue. I would definitely recommend Everdry to anyone experiencing water problems in their basement!

We are very satisfied with Everdry's work waterproofing our basement. Our home was serviced over 6 years ago and we have been leak free ever since, plus with the addition of the dehumidifier system our finished basement is all around a great place to hangout, dry and free of mold.



We had a minor issue after completion, a slight leak in one crack and leaking from a pipe when the pump would run - we called Everdry and they repaired the problem areas promptly and at no additional cost. I also like how our warranty on the work is transferable if we ever decide to sell our home, a great selling feature in my opinion!

My basement is now DRY! Everdry did a nice job and did it very professionally. They were prompt and finished when they said they would. The only problem I have is the batteries for the back up system stopped working after 2-1/2 years and they are expensive to replace. Everdry did a very nice job.

We are very happy with our basement since Everdry Cincinnati completed our repairs over 2 years ago. We had one minor issue after completion and Everdry responded promptly, gave us several options and helped us to pick a solution which rectified the problem and we have been leak free ever since. We fought with a leaky basement for 12 years all the while trying other less expensive repairs before finally going with Everdry. None of these other less expensive fixes actually worked for more than a year or two and then we were right back where we started from with a leaky basement and musty odors. Everdry Cincinnati gave us our finished basement back. My only regret is that we didn't do this 12 years earlier!
