I had water in my basement for a couple of years due to an issue with my foundation. I contacted Everdry they did the job right and I have not had an issue since. I can now use my basement without any worries. They were very professional and I would highly recommend this company

I would definitely recommend anyone with water issues to choose Everdry. From the first time they came out and assessed our issues, to the when they finished work, everyone we worked with was very professional and explained everything to my wife and me in a language we could understand. They used drawings and explained exactly what would be taking place for the work we chose to have done. Everdry had different options for solutions and explained the benefits to each. We had our work done early summer 2015, just before constant heavy rain. Before our basement was waterproofed we would have been constantly changing out towels and worrying about our the water while we weren’t at home. We don’t have that issue anymore, and we have that in a lifetime guarantee from Everydry. We would highly recommend them to anyone having water issues.

EVERDRY is peace of mind. I only became familiar w/Everdry w/the transferable warranty on the home I purchased. I was initially skeptical of the 'lifetime' warranty but can say, I've called on them twice in the past 12 years for 'dampness' on the basement steps. They arrived timely and remedied the issue. No questions ask and never a word about 'warranty doesn't cover for x reason'. It's a great product and even better customer service (which is a rarity anymore...). Keep up the great work!!

Best investment we made last year. Our basement has stayed dry through all the weather, with a tiny leak in the sump pump drain that was repaired the next day. You will be happy with Ever Dry!

I first learned about Everdry waterproofing back in 2006 when my parent’s basement flooded due to ground water. The house was built in 1987, so I guess their original foundation finally weakened over the years to the point of letting water in – and once water found a way in… it really came in, water pooled a couple inches deep all the way back to the staircase. After Everdry ‘s repair in 2007 my parent’s basement stayed dry. In fact, my mom used the basement to do jewelry crafts and my dad had a little woodworking shop down there where he made guitars. That was then.



May 2015, in preparation to selling my parents house, I could not find any of the old paperwork associated with the basement

waterproofing. The fact is: I didn’t even remember the name of the company my parents used to do the work. We live out of the area (about a 9 hour drive). The one thing I did remember was my mom saying that her waterproofing had a lifetime guarantee. So, I finally “Googled” waterproofing- in Cincinnati Ohio with the idea of working my way down the list of companies until I found the contractor that fixed my parent's basement, or until I ran out of options.



The first call I made was to Everdry. Top of the Google search result. Amazing!! And the young lady on the phone said, “yes we have your contract on file”.



Later that month, I drove to Cincinnati to meet an Everdry inspector at the house. As we walked around my parent’s house the inspector made notes on new repairs that needed to be done. Their warranty is exceptional, all of the repairs were covered. Everdry replaced the original sump-pump, they patched several new settlement cracks, they replaced an air vent on the side of the house and they fixed the outside sump exhaust where the lawnmower had chopped it off. I cannot speak highly enough of Everdry waterproofing. Everdry came back 8 years later and took care of everything, Above and Beyond what you would expect.

And with no extra charges… When is the last time that ever happened?? Ralph

In October 2014 we had our basement finished. To our surprise, after living in the house already for 2 years, we experienced water entering the basement 3 times. We called Everdry April 2015. It made us sick to our stomach to know we needed to waterproof our basement , after we spent a lot of money to have our basement finished ( two sides - one large area for kids and the other area a bar and entertainment center ). The biggest fear was collateral damage. After backing out once, we met again with Everdry and decided to move forward. We are glad we did. There was minor to no damage to the existing base molding and other areas of concern. What can I say about Everdry Water proofing? The employees were unfailingly courteous, social and respectful of me and my home, cleaning up after themselves at the end of each workday. It was during the Christmas season and they made sure to stay out of my way as much as possible so I could continue to wrap presents and decorate my home for the holidays
