I have been an Everydry customer for quite a few years and am pleased with their service. There have been a couple times that I’ve had to have them come back and fix something e.g., a sump pump. (They don’t last forever!) They honored their warranty and fixed it promptly. Their staff have always been gracious and friendly. My basement is now dry and I like that the warranty keeps me protected.

Bought a house that we found to have water issues in a crawl space. EVERDRY came with a plan on how they would help fix the issue. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to get the job taken care of quickly. They met their timeline for completion. They cleaned up after themselves and even came back out when I had questions about their work. We have had tons of rain since they completed their work and my crawl space has been completely dry. We had Everdry waterproof our basement. The sales rep was very knowledgable of how to remedy the problem of water getting in after it rained. When the crew came out, they were very professional as well. They covered all of our furniture with plastic as to cut down on the dust. They also covered our stairs as to not track in outside dirt. When the project was finished the basement was left completely clean. We have not had another problem and would highly recommend them.

Our Cincinnati area recently had one of the worst weeks of torrential rains and flooding in history; many homes were flooded. Thanks to Everdry we did not have a drop of water in our basement; without the Everdry system, we would have had a real mess again. We have total peace of mind when we leave our home. Thanks to Everdry I finally have a dry basement. I no longer have water trails in my basement when it rains. The workers were very professional and they cleaned up the basement when the job was finished.

Everdry stabilized a foundation corner with their stabl-wall system on our 45 year old house in 2008. We are selling the house and it hasn't moved in 10 years! In addition they did complete basement waterproofing in 2008 and in 2017 we had a water backup and they came and ran a complete new drainage system and installed a new sump and battery backup pump. All of this costs only the approximately $40/year to maintain the warranty. They are busy and it takes a while to get service to your property but overall we are satisfied and think it's well worth every penny of the system and the warranty!

Everdry waterproofed the basement before we bought our house; however, I was happy to see they have a transferrable warranty. We had one small issue in the last four years and they came out quickly to assess and remediate the problem. With all the recent flooding it has been so nice to have a worry free basement!

It's been 8 years since they fixed out basement. We haven't had a single problem, not even with the torrential rain this spring.

I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing Cincinnati for correcting basement water problems. My basement had several problems that prevented me from finishing it as I had planned on doing. I called Everdry and they sent out a professional sales expert who thoroughly reviewed the issues he found and proposed the best solution for correcting the water issues and structural issues. Their installation crew came out as scheduled and knocked the job out in 3 days. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. After completion, I had one small leak issue and called them. The crew came back out promptly and fixed the issue. It has been over a year since the job was completed and I have not had any more water problems. It is an expensive fix, but they do the job right and the results are well worth the cost.

Basement is bone dry during all of the flooding in the tri-state. I took over ownership of a house, and no issues in getting the warranty transferred.

It's been a year since our EverDry waterproofing, and it has worked great! No water in the basement at all! Even with the heavy rains and flooding episodes this year and last. So glad we chose EverDry.
