The process is pretty messy and they made sure the basement and landscape was cleaned up. Are happy the we purchase a warranty every year as we have had to replace the sump every year. They are very prompt with service calls.

When I bought my home 9 years ago, the Everdry warranty transferred with the sale. Not once has my basement flooded or even been damp, so I've been very happy with the quality of the work. Knowing the Everdry warranty is in place gives me peace of mind.

We are so happy with the job Everdry did for us. No more water laying on our basement floor and no more mold from the moisture. We have used our warranty 2 times due to sump pump issues. They replaced the pump, with no additional cost to us. Any issues we've ever had, they come out and fix it.

About 30 years ago when Everdry was a fledgling company we had several leaks in basement foundation. We hired Everdry to waterproof our basement. We were surprised by how thorough they were both inside and outside our basement. Although it was a messy job with the jackhammers inside and the digging outside, they cleaned up perfectly. After 18 years we , developed a leak in basemen called Everdry they were here in 1 week, fixed leak. All under warranty , no charges. Then 1 year ago we developed another leak, called Everdry , they came fixed leak, no problems since. They most certainly stand behind their work for the lifetime of the house.

Very professional, from beginning to end. They explained the process and the pricing well, and they were finished within 3 days. Had one issue, which they promptly fixed. I would highly recommend this company!

We had our basement done last November (2017) in the cold and snow. They showed up on the date they were supposed to. They went to work - the foreman of the job said they would be done in three days - and they were. Considering the conditions outside I was very surprised and thankful. They did all the work by hand. Digging and hauling the concrete from the basement out by buckets, then carrying concrete to pour where they dug inside the house by hand.
They did an excellent job.
They also dug outside by hand and did that in a very timely manner. It was really cold then. They came back in the spring to smooth out the ground that was dug outside and did a great job.
I highly recommend this company. They do what they say they will do.
Our basement has been dry ever since they did the job, and we had lots of water inside.

We have had everdry for over 20 years. My husband is very picky on who he allows to work in our home. They did not damage anything when they did our walls and put an extra sump pump in. Our sump pump went out. they had it replaced within 24 hours.

I am a raving fan of Everdry. They serviced my basement 20 years ago and it is still dry. My sump pump quit working a couple of months ago so I called them. They had someone out first thing the very next morning to replace the pump at no cost to me. After 20 years they replaced it at no charge and no questions. I was amazed that their lifetime warranty meant exactly what they said LIFETIME! I couldn’t be happier with their work or customer service. I would highly recommend Everdry to anyone. Our basement was wet for years. Everdry came in waterproofed the basement, fixed the foundation, and put a sump pump in. It was worth every cent we paid. Over the 4 years they did come back twice to fix 2 small leaks which were repaired and we have had no issues since. With all the rain we have had in the last few months our basement has stayed dry. We definitely would recommend Everdry.

After Everdry completed our installation we discovered a problem with the location of the outside daylight drain. One call and they came out to relocate the drain. Problem solved! We appreciated their quick, efficient service. That's something not often found today.

I purchased my house 14 yrs ago from someone who used Everdry to waterproof his basement. The warranty transferred to us when we bought the house..such a great feature of the warranty! The yearly renewal for the warranty costs very little and is worth every penny. I have called them for service 3 or 4 times and they have taken care of me every time, repairing and replacing sump pumps as needed. I am very satisfied and would recommenced them to anyone who wants a dry, usable and worry-free basement.

We purchased a house in 2015 that Everydry waterproofed back in 2007 and we've had zero water issues in our basement thanks to the work they performed! It is awesome that their master service warranty was transferable to us as the new owners. In 2017 we heard an alarm coming from our basement- it turned out to be an alarm on the battery backup for one of our sump pumps. We called Everydry and they sent someone out right away. Their serviceman was prompt and courteous. He came out and inspected/replaced the master sump pump which was all covered under our warranty. We've been very pleased that the original owners of our house had the foresight to utilize Everydry!

I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing to anyone who is experiencing issues with water in their basement. We hired Everdry 11 years ago to waterproof our basement, and have not had another issue. They were professional and thorough in explaining our issue and a solution. They completed the project in one day, placing J channels on the outside, as well as installing a subfloor drainage system and sump pump. We feel that it has added tremendous value to our house, and the transferable warranty will certainly help us in the future if we are ever to sell our house. Can't speak highly enough of our experience.

Great company who are always responsive, knowledgeable, and with the capacity to do any job- large or small.

I had my basement waterproofed, both inside and outside, about 20 years ago. The installation was quick. It was a little messy as you would expect due to breaking up concrete. The workers did their best to control the mess. The workers were kind and worked the whole time they were here. Out of the 20 years since I had my basement waterproofed, I have not had any water in my basement and I have not had to call the company out to fix anything.
