I have been living in my home since June of 2017 and have not had a single issue regarding water leaks, structural damage, etc. due to the high quality of work that EverDry produced in my now home. The work is several years old and going strong in a home with a basement, that was built in 1950. The lifetime/transferable warranty is unique and rare to see in a modern company. They stand by their work for sure and I am glad I purchased a home that had their service done. It will maintain my housing value for years to come.

We had our basement done 2 years ago and so far, no leaks. A bit costly and my landscaping is still recovering, but overall pleased.

It has been a little over a year since I have gotten my house waterproofed from Everdry, and we finally have a dry and renovated house that is getting back to normal. From start to finish the whole experience was great, the consultation, the actual waterproofing, and the final product. They even came out and did some free temporary work before my scheduled waterproofing date to keep my house from flooding before they could get out here to start the work. Highly recommended.

During a home inspection a leak in my basement was found. The previous owner used Everdry and they fixed the leak professionally and quickly. All repairs were covered under their lifetime, transferable warranty. GREAT SERVICE.

I went through 3 sump pumps in a few months so I contacted Everdry. Their guy came out to check out my basement, very professional and knowledgeable, not pushy about trying to sell me on anything. I opted for them do the outside and inside. Once the floor was opened up in the basement it was pretty apparent the home builder took some short cuts. The drainage around the house was flat and not even connected in sections so water was just sitting around my house. Everdry fixed all of it. I haven't had a problem since and my sump pump hardely comes on anymore. Very happy we took care of it with Everdry before we had real problems.

We used Everdry for a water issue in our lower level in 2016. We were very pleased with their service. We never realized the extent of the problem. Our LL has never been so dry. They worked very hard to keep the dust and disruption to a minimum. Everyone we have dealt with was very professional, polite and easy to work with. Thanks for the great job. It was worth every $$.

Everdry waterproofed my foundation & basement. Every time it rained, my basement flooded; no more floods or water leakage in my basement or garage. They did a great job from being on time, working constantly, and cleaning up when finished. I would highly recommend Everdry to friends. I actually already have & 1 person did get it done; after she got over the cost. It was worth the price for a dry house.

The construction crew was friendly, courteous, hung plastic for dust and debris, cleaned up each day, and left air freshner as a finishing touch on a super job.
Not to Ever Dry's fault, the system drain "appeared" to be the cause of a neighbor's complaint of flooding his back yard storage shed during "severe rain" events. Over a year after the initial installation, I discussed this with Ever Dry, and they re-routed the system drain to our front yard at no cost to me.

Overall it has been a good experience. They are always polite and listen to my concerns. I have had to have them come back a few times because of additional leaks, but they fix it each time without hesitation. They work quickly and leave the place cleaned up nicely.

Hello, it is so nice having a dry basement. Ever Dry completed work on my basement last year- Spring 2017.

I purchased my home with Everdry waterproofing already installed. I have not had any problems with water moisture or leakage. While most experienced some level of flooding during our unseasonable rainy winter, my basement remained dry.

I have recently bought my first home in Cincinnati , EverDry has offered me to continue with the lifetime warranty for the property, though the recent bill was due from the previous owner, Ever Dry waived the past charges and let me get caught up to date on the yearly insurance , Jaclyn has been excellent to work with and I highly recommend Ever Dry !!

Everdry Waterproofing waterproofed our basement December of 2016 after the bad flooding across the region that Fall. We did the "inside-outside" approach. Unfortunately, our basement was already finished including a tiled bathroom and carpeting so I was dubious as to how much interior damage was going to need to be done in order to accomplish the interior waterproofing and we had a front porch so I was worried about the exterior damage...Fortunately, the Everdry Team was amazing! On the inside they carefully pulled up the carpet and trenched in such a way as to avoid damage to the existing interior, including the baseboards! They even avoided trenching under the tiled bathroom somehow! On the exterior, these poor men crawled on their bellies somehow and trenched under the porch with no damage done! They arrived on-time and finished the job on-time despite temperatures in the 20s and snow on the ground as I watched from the warmth of my house.
Since then (1.5 years) we have had heavy rains again and not a drop in the house...the exterior waterproofing was so effective we have not even had a drop in the interior trench / sump pump. I can now sleep in peace.

I bought my house a few years ago and was given the Everdry warranty from the previous owner as it can be passed down. Bonus: It's cheap to keep up with every year. Last year, I had some rain coming in my basement under a door. I called Everdry and they were there within a week and fixed the problem. Ever since, no water in the basement! Great quality!
