Took my car to a Jaguar dealer center and they quoted me $5300 in repairs to replace computer modules etc....(Long list...)

When I bring my Jaguar to DESI auto they were able to clean a sensor and fix the problem for $40. Not a fancy place like a dealer but team of smart mechanics.

These guys always take care of my Volkswagen Passat (2009) Sam is friendly and lets you know details of any problems they find versus the dealership just throw numbers at you. This time i went there for brakes and he told me all the wear only on both front and did not try to sell me on all 4 brakes when only 2 were needed. Also i have replced water pump and belt.

It can be tough to swollow the cost of Volkswagen repair, but Sam has a good pricing. I was happy to find out that the parts and service come with a 2 years warranty.

That's all there is to it. Best car repair experience i have ever had. My '09 VOLVO S60 they took this car from limping into the repair shop back to the performance it had when i bought it in 2009.

Shawn is the 3rd generation tech from his technician-family. I'm JAGUAR Supercharged XJR owner here. Heard some funny noises coming from the front. Thought it was the engine. Turns out it was nothing bad at all, and it took Shawn all of 2 minutes driving it to figure it out, than he fixed it.

He is the JAGUAR whisperer. My car has never been running smoother and he's taught me a lot. Honest, good prices and will tell you how it is and helped me with a wheel issue i was having.

Desi Auto Care is the ROCK STAR of customer service and integrity. I own a 2011 Lexus and Sean @ Desi Auto Care was able to diagnose and fix a problem that Lexus Dealership could not even do, or wouldn't.

This saying created by my friend " if you own a Land Rover, you better be friends with a Desi Auto Care "

I took my Land Rover in for a dash light reset, and subsequently got their opinions on an engine issue I had recently.
Two other techs stopped what they were doing and took the time to explain to me what could be causing the problem with harmonic balancer on my LR, and made sure I understand what to look for if it ever happened again.

It was clear they were passionate about what they do and made the well-being of their customers a top priority, not from a business perspective, but from a human perspective.

My JAGUAR (2012 XJ LUX) never graces the dealership since the cost associated is typically high and I never feel like I truly belong. However an intermittent restricted performance and the need for a transmission flush led me to Desi Auto Care. They were so nice to deal with and gave me an amazing quote on the flush.

They ended up completely solving my RP issue during diagnostic work with no additional cost and everyone was so friendly.
They even shuttled me to the mall (where I had nice lunch) and brought me back to a freshly cleaned car. a WOW experience!

They knows what they're doing and always delivers on-time and on-estimate. DESI's prices for parts and labor are usually 50% below what the dealers price since they don't have the overhead costs.

Quality work- They can do routine maintenance or just about anything else. i trust this shop and will continue coming here.

It's busy place, make sure you set up an appointment in advance. They can turn even a 75K maintenance job in a single day, which is faster than some of the bigger guys. Common Volvo parts are kept on-hand, so no long delays while you wait for parts to arrive.

Wow! I must say I have never been more impressed with service than I was here at Desi Auto care - The Infiniti experts. I spoke with Shawn regarding having my rear axles serviced on my Infiniti G35. Not only he is knowledgeable regarding the Infiniti but he took the time to answer long list of my questions.

As soon as the service was completed (65% less than the price quoted by dealer) Dealer said it would take 5 hours each rear axle. Shawn told me 2 hours for both axles. I received a write up of the completed work and overview of a complete multi-point safety vehicle inspection.

I've always done my own maintenance on all my vehicles however after moving to New Jersey I no longer have my personal garage to perform my own work.

i found DESI (The Acura Specialists) on Google. I decided to call as my ACURA was making a Very loud rattling sound. Also my battery just died. I was worried I'd have toi replace my alternator. So I called and spoke to Shawn. He was very professional when setting up the appointment. I took it in and after diagnosing it they showed me what they found
1. My water Pump needs to be replaced
2. I had the crank seal leaking and
3. they didn't know yet what was "drawing" my battery.

So they took 2 days to test all wiring and lights and factored it was my Bluetooth and Garage Wiring. They could pf easily been dishonest and told me to replace my alternator! They gave me a Very fair price too! $485 for all of that!! Now my ACURA is puuuring like a cat! They have a so many loyal customer moving forward.

I actually didn't get any work done, but that's why I'm writing this.

When he looked at my 2007 Subaru, the repairs needed were so expensive that he actually talked me out of spending that much money on the car.

Remember , he fixes cars for living. I seen parking lot and all six garage bays full with cars, That speaks itself of shop's reputation.
I can praise all day long to his honesty and integrity....

Since few days brakes making noise, and now my 2008 Acura-TL engine light came on and I had AAA towed to DESI. They called me back after a couple of hours and told me to call the last place I had the repair done at to see if the repair they did is under warranty and have them fix problem.

Sam is truly honest bcoz he could have taken from me some $$$

Sean-Master Tech. also said my brakes were fine and didn't need replacing. I asked if I need it towed to the previous shop or can I try driving it? He said he will test drive it and see. He did all this for nothing but for a good reputation. Wow! Its hard this day and age to find trustworthy mechanic. I'm so happy I found him online by fluke! Anymore Acura repair and I will start driving toward DESI.

Went here a few months ago and forgot to write this review (what??). I needed a routine tire rotation, spin balance and needed the brakes checked for my '06 LX-470 Lexus. My stepdad was a mechanic for over 26 years, so any work that I need done comes with a full background of price for for parts and labor as well as mechanics time required for the repair. Obviously, this was not a major repair but they were right in line with the price and got me in quickly. They're specialized in Lexus (in case if you want to go)

This place has 5 stars for a reason. Skip the dealerships, skip the sketchy mechanic shops, and bring your car here. Rock bottom prices, top notch quality, and mechanics you can trust. My man Shawne (spelling?) hooked me up with a PCV Valve in less than 24 hours when most places couldn't get it to me in a few days.

Oh and by the way, it was LE$$ than dealerships quote price on the valve, and I went with the OEM option (top recommended).
They also offered to throw it in for $35 labor compared to Audi Dealer who wanted $240 for few minutes of labor required to replace the part. Definitely glad I found this place!!!

You folks saved our Christmas vacation!
We drove to Philadelphia area from West Virginia and on the way down our 10 years old Mercedes R350 started having problems. Googled and found Desi Auto Care they quickly diagnosed the problems (Transfer case went bad)
Desi's Master Tech. found a slightly used transfer case at $ 1/3 price of new one and got it in next day and worked very late evening to get it done before we needed to drive back to our vacation places.

What a find!

I've had European cars for over 27 years and theae folks are the best technicians I've ever come across.
When my beloved AUDI 2.7 turbo started running rough and losing power my local mechanic was stumed. He suggested brining it to the Audi dealership. Instead I brought it the Desi and the crew in Stratford. The issues were complicated however they done the magic. The car now runs like it's brand-new. It was well worth the trip from Bordentown.

Audi repair is never enjoyable but...
Desi (Dedicated European specialists Inc) Auto Care reduce the pain with straight forward approach.
He diagnosed issue with our 2.0T Audi's engine that should have been covered under the manufacturer's warranty. While he did not perform repair work, in this case his insight was critical to our negotiations with Audi corporate through the dealership with a favorable outcome.
From now on this will be "MY" repair shop

Took my wife's 03-325i there yesterday.AMAZING service.I will be taking all of my BMW needs that i can't handle myself,to these guys;
He spend 45 minutes and didn't charge me a dime;

I have been in the need to replace the entire clutch kit and a flywheel for my BMW - E39 - M5.

I mistakenly took it to another place back in August to get it checked out where they charged me a ridiculous amount for an inspection that told me, my car was "fine". when I knew it needed a new rod bearing.

Long story short, my rod bearing went out and called up Desi Auto Care for a quote. They got back to me promptly and quoted me a extremely fair price for the job.

I love the warranty they offers - 2 years/24,000 miles on all repairs - including parts and labor.

Makes me feel like a Boss!!
