I live in Philadelphia, but I have been taking my Land Rover LR4 here in the last 3 years for service/repairs. They have been great every time.

I most recently brought my vehicle in to fix a constant pressure valve oil leak, flush the break fluid, replace belt, adjust valves, replace two cracked control arm bushings, change the oil, and replace a door lock actuator.

Cherry Hill LR Dealer quoted me over $$$$ for the job. Sam quoted me 63% less amount and had my car ready a day earlier than promised.

I'm the kind of person that likes to consult with my auto mechanic about my six years old Land Rover Sport HSE service and repair options. Chris always tolerates this; he always welcomes it.

Hard working mechanics, they worked on my MINi cooper Clubman since 2016. I took my family's Jaguar XF there for transmission and power steering leak issues and cooling system fixed. Honest business.

What makes these folks awesome is that they don't talk down to female customers. Every time I've seen Chris thoroughly explained my BMW 750 xDrive issues to me. I appreciate this, despite the fact that I have no idea what he's talking about. In fact, a couple of times I feel like I've come close to understanding him, despite the fact that I know exactly ZERO about cars -- that's how good he is at explaining stuff. I like his demeanor and I trust him.

I have a 1998 convertible in not a great shape. I was having high idle issue and decided to call and see if they worked on this car. I spoke to Lesile and she said bring it in next day. When car was done, Lesile showed me old parts and the mechanics notes which said the issue was the idle control valve. I fully recommend.

1st service was tracking down an electrical problem that ended up being in the door of our Audi A8. Shawn also showed me the damage part. 2nd service was for what I thought was going to be an expensive clutch job. He determines that the system just needed to be bleed and refilled. He is our Audi mechanic of choice and we will continue to use him because he doesn't try to upsell. He just wants to get your car back on the road for you.

Desi auto vare gets an A+! Brought my BMW 750i in because of a rough idle and a couple other repairs.
Within 15 minutes of arriving Drew had taken my car for a test drive and diagnosed the problem, turns out I needed small tune up. His years of BMW experience and I was there driving smooth in no time.

I wasn’t there for anything major and Leslie still put a smile oh my face. There’s nothing like having a affordable, experienced service shop you can really trust.

I decided to go with them to replace two sensors on 2009 Mercedes Benz. They got the parts in 3 hrs and install same day. Also they put a decent effort to install my alternator and all four brakes.

I like to support local shops as much as possible. I feel that the repair was done professionally and am pleased with results. Thanks!

My Benz steering wheel was hard to turn. Soon as part came in they fixed it next day! As a mechanic/manager he is very personable, has passion for Mercedes brand, he keep cost down. My car is bow running smooth! Of course we hope not to have to see Sam because that means a broken Benz, but at least I have peace of mind knowing I have a great repair shop to take my car to that have a quality service and that won't run the prices up!

Sam was very considerate of my budget and was very patient with the fact that I'm a college student with limited budget. Desi Auto Care was a factor in deciding to get a Jaguar XF over other sports cars. There is no substitute for a great mechanic whom you can trust completely, as I do with these guys. Thanks a lot.

Volkswagen dealership told me that I had to change all 4 struts. he said "we will look into" and ask us to leave the car overnight. Leslie called me the next morning and said the struts didn't have to be changed and that they ordered necessary parts and it will be ready by tonight.

I saved money and the struts are still the same old struts. if you're looking for an alternative to the dealer service department, give them a call. You will not regret.

When I call and told my name, immediately Leslie knows who I am already. The only recommendation I will give is, you need to call ahead of time for appointment, and they are super busy. I do recommend Desi to lots of friends. They use all original AUDI parts. Try call Audi dealer and get an estimate and call Desi for his estimate, and you tell me who is cheaper!

Finding an excellent repair shop for your second-hand, out-of-warranty Range Rover HSE can be quite daunting. On the other hand, finding extraordinary mechanic to care for your RR repair service and maintenance needs is an even greater challenge, Desi Auto Care is the answer. Front ball joints sway bars, few front end parts have been replaced and I'm happy with everything. I recommend.

At Walmart parking I got wheel to curb smack down. Car was pulling to left and all kinds of alarms on the dashboard of my Volvo XC90 went on. Car is still under warranty I brought it to Cherry Hill Volvo and initial $150 charge; they came back with an estimate over $7400 with major parts needed replacement. I was stunned!

My neighbor has brought his car here and he concurred it was a good shop for Volvo repair. Informative crew; bottom line is that several parts that Volvo dealer told me needed replacement DID NOT NEEDED and they repaired my car for a fraction of the cost! There was a one day delay with the diagnostics than originally promised to me, but in sum, a great experience and major $$$ saver!!

Shawn was great explaining what he would do and delivered. First let's talk price. The Land Rover dealer wanted wat too high for an oil change and lots of inspection items. Desi Auto Care was the lowest. He did not try to push any additional repairs and even changed my key battery at cost of the battery. I was always afraid to go somewhere else other than the dealer under lease and warranty but saving $770 was well worth the trip here. Friendly owner!

I will forever recommend Desi Auto Care to everyone who is in need of basic maintenance or major repair service for their German cars, but especially if you're stuck in a tough situation and your vehicle is on its last leg, this is the place to go and ask for Shawn (the very professional manager)

After being quoted $9,240 for a repair at Mercedes Benz-Phila, i went to Desi Auto Care on a referral from my doctor friend. Sam completed my repairs for just over $1,600. What a difference!!

When I have had expensive repairs, the technician went over what absolutely needed to be done VS what could wait a short time. I will not trust anyone else to work on my Benz & Lexus.

In Aug, Shawn called with a quote to repair exhaust system in my BMW 640i x Drive and also to say he found a nail in the tire and that he will fixing it at no charge. Wow - awesome! I would most likely have had a flat and been stranded somewhere.

When i get quotes I was shocked - not at the high prices, but at the "oh wow, that's not as bad as I was expecting" results.

They're quick and do good work and they have a free refreshments and 2 years warranty on everything they do.

I started going here for regular maintenance routine on my '04 Land Rover Discovery when I moved out in Blackwood. Last time I went for brake issue, Andrew showed me that my brake pads were very much worn (Only 10% left) and changed them the same day. I also have been there for other major repairs and he always sticks to the estimate he have you sign when dropping the car off. There are never any hidden fees at the end.
