They did a pre-purchase instruction for a Jaguar I was buying. The inspection/diagnose was detailed and spot on. They diagnosed every possible problem with the XF which resulted in me paying a better price. They were easy to deal with.

I have taken my Porsche to three other shops. While they said I needed some repairs, they actually did not take time to really find the source of very bad smokey oil leak issue and brake noise/vibrates.

Josh and team went into depth to diagnose the real issue. Josh explained what was problem, what I needed ,what can possibly hold off. He went fullest length to help me out.!! I finally found a genuine Porsche repair shop!! Y'all are awesome!

I have taken my 2015 AudiQ7 here a twice for maintenance. so far, they replaced the motor mounts, oil pan gasket, clutch and flywheel, and spring/shocks. Generally, I do small-repairs on Audi in my garage, but I will gladly pay for the convenience of not working on difficult jobs like those listed here. Thank you, Sam and Staff.

Came on late Wed evening after towed here; dead fuel pump. they start my Benz GLE350 first thing in the morning. Repairs were completed Thu 4pm as originally estimated, we got back on the highway by 4:30pm. Charges was reasonable for original parts/labor; they also gave me a fuel filter at cost (no charge!) since the original had to be removed for the repair.

Make sure to eat at "Carmen's Deli-Bakery" next to Desi if you're waiting awhile. Friendly mechanics made sure I wasn't stranded in Jersey without a car to get around in.

I called in noon for issue of heavy coolant leak. Sam told me to stop by at shop so they can check it out. When I arrived, Josh was knowledgeable and showed through his advice how passionate he is making sure you get proper service care for your Mercedes Benz.

After the repair was done, he gave me honest advice on stuff to follow up on. This shows his trustworthiness. I sure coming back for needed'13 4Matic repair. Awesome experience......

They were able to give me appointment for same-day to give my car a quick once-over and suggest some courses of action. They made a favorable impression and very knowledgeable about my entire Land Rover SUV!

I had a break down in my 2017 Land Rover on my way to Cherry Hill. After I was towed over to Desi Auto Care, I was at their mercy! Not only did Chris get me rolling again at a very fair price the same day. I was expecting the worst possible ( the mind does crazy things), but out of a disastrous situation came a positive thing. Good service done with technical expertise.

Oh, almost forgot....they're also friendly to my travelling companions, my cats! Thank you so much!!

I was driving down Rt 73 when my check engine light pop-up . Then, my BMW wouldn't drive over 25MPH. I pulled into 3 auto shops but they had wait times (2-5 days). I was praying my car wouldn't completely (I'm mad now!)

So I finally reach Desi Auto Care (my 4th stop) and request for emergency help. Katelyn told me that they're specialized on Bimmers and they'd take a look at it. So, Andrew did a diagnostic test and it ended up being a computer glitch. He did a restart-reset to the car's computer. And kaboom! 40 minutes later, I was back on the road.

The manager Chris was professional and easy to deal with. He didn't try to up-sell me or make me feel pressured any way. He gave me facts, my options and agreed with my decisions. Showed me all parts and explained my Porsche MACAN repair. Good job!

I've already booked mh next appointment. Can't recommend this shop enough, this is what all shops should strive to be.

On my Porsche and my Land Rover, Chris has serviced/ replaced everything from the timing belts, crankshafts, fuel injections, fuel pumps, turbos, sensors, glow plugs, Cv Joints, motor oil and much more... He is trustworthy, and in the auto repair industry that is not to be taken for granted.

He runs his shop with integrity. His prices are super fair considering the experience and quality of the service you get in return. I will never take my Porsche or Land Rover anywhere else, and neither should you.

My BMW Convertible had been sputtering when I accelerate and the radio came on but have zero sound. I knew I needed an expert so I searched online under "BMW Repair Shop Near Me." Up came Desi Auto Care! I read the Google reviews and thought I'd give them a shot.

I boutght a used 2010 Jaguar XKR and needed a shop when I couldn't do it myself and Adnrew helped me out. He's honest and doesn't try to skimp. He's given me estimates and the repairs ended up being $87 less than quoted (when it was already goof in the first place) Good people to do business with!

After I moved to Cherry Hill, NJ last year, it was my fifth visit to Desi Auto Care, this time I did my 2016 BMW 220i 75k service and changed the front & rear brake rotors-pads and as usual they performed neat-clean job. Thanks so much for your reasonable pricing Sam!!!

A void there was in our local area for a very great mechanic shop that only wrench but also diagnose and solve the Mercedes Benz issues. Desi Auto Care has filled that void since 2016.A very big thanks to Sam for personable service, your great price and in timely manner.

I just picked up my Mercedes ML350 and I am thrilled to have found an honest, laid-back mechanic within a few minutes from my home. When Chris checked out the condition of my timing belt, he told me I didn’t need to have it changed yet…very honest and saved me a chunk of money.

Drew at Desi helped me resolve a four month old intermittent no start problem on my BMW 2015. Three shops couldn't figure out the problem and wasted my time. Long time of being fleeced by the dealers I decided to take my BMW 325xi elsewhere and came across Desi Auto Care. Always with a knowledgeable crew who will tell you directly what's the issue is and job finished promptly and at a fair cost, you can't go wrong. I recently had my Audi A4 serviced by Desi Auto Care after the plastic cooling tubes leaked. They replaced them with the original alloy upgraded coolig tubes. The job was performed timely-expertly. I saved a nice amount over what the dealership would have charged. GREAT SERVICE AND VALUE !!!

Worth the wait!!!! I had a service engine light on my Mercedes SLK230. I also noticed that the fan was continue staying on. Chris told me that he gives me a quick diagnostic. He confirmed that the it was an engine heat/thermostat problem. So I was presuming hundreds of dollars. I was confident that as long as the Benz is responding to this things by over cooling the engine I was in good shape.My patience was rewarded when Chris did a fuller inquiry and discovered that a simple coolant flush could solve the issue, $60 vs $600. Sounds great to me. Desi auto Care is busy because they care about their clients, including saving you some $$$.
