Took my BMW Roadster Convertible first time for Engine leak an ordor issue. Was greeted by Leslie -was extremely nice and professional and took care of me quickly. After squeezing me an appointment the same day. Shawn got my car inspected and an assessment. Prices were reasonable and fair and he was both capable and personable.


As I was waiting I even heard Shawn discussing BMW training for their mechanics. Coming from a job where continual training is imperative to maintaining your BMW skills, this was a great conversation to overhear. Will definitely be back.

A quote from dealership to repair an oil leak around my cam sensors and replace the Cam Sensors for my MINI. They quoted me at $4200!! Thank God I found Desi Auto Care. Andrew quoted me for the same work and found problems with my front brake pads damaging my rotors because the wrong pads were installed by the dealership!!...All the work to include the initial Cam sensor and oil leak was done for $1170+ tax. I was astounded he finished everything the same day!! He is the best in area, price wise and service wise.

I encourage anyone to go to the Mini-dealership first, get a price quote then come to Andrew! You will find how much money you are saving on your MINI.

I've taken my Porsche-Boxter for brake work and servicing and Desi has been great! Affordable and Porsche knowledgeable.. They've fixed other minor items for minimal cost and did not try to poke my eyes out. Unlike Porsche dealership in Cherry Hill I went to. Hopefully, my great experience continues with Desi Auto Care.

it's a very loud squeaking funny sound while driving to work. I took my 2010 Volkswagen Passat to DESI.

Chris diagnosed the "issue" told me it was my alternator, and suggested that I fix a few other things. I approved the job on alternator, clutch fan and new drive belt. Got my car back all issues were resolved. They are "honest and care about their customers." ALWAYS!

The brake sensor went off on my Mercedes-Benz GLA 4Matic on a Friday, and the rotors where too rusted and needed replacement as well. Sam offered to get the parts in on same day & fix my car and have it ready on Saturday, so I wouldn't have to miss work. His employee dropped me back off at my house.

The rotors ended up being different for my car, and more money for the parts, but Sam honored the quoted price he first gave me (which was very low). Highly recommend for integrity, workmanship, and customer service.

I took Mercedes AMG into Desi for long lists: brake rotors need to be replaced and the valve cover gaskets are leaking. Wear and tear items including spark plugs, belts, pulleys, wheel bearing repack, differential fluid change, transmission fluid change, front lower ball joints and much more....underbody panel were also hanging loose. Cost: VERY FAIR. All job done on time (Wednesday 5 pm) I recommend bringing your Benz here.

Sadly my Porsche suffered a catastrophic PDK transmission failure and stranded me on Rt 676 in Camden. AAA brought to DESI, Ryan who calmly assess the situation re-configured his service schedule to accommodate my Porsche and gave me a ride home. He was there at every step of the way negotiating with the extended warranty company, explaining the situation as the diagnosis changed, expediting parts delivery and ultimately delivering my 911 earlier than planned. Shawn was extremely helpful in getting my MINI Cooper (Red-my favorite) in quickly after blowing it's motor. He had the old motor out and new one installed same day including brake bleed. Pricing was completely fair and his communication was friendly. He treat me coffee and refreshments- I appreciate his gesture!

I was referred to this Desi auto care from a friend who owns Volvo. I went to them after I was told by Volvo dealer that my car had a “HUGE” rack & pinion leak (among more repairs) I brought it instead to Desi for a 2nd opinion. Ryan looked at my car for the “leak” and ran diagnostics. He reassured me that I did NOT have a leak and my Volvo S80 - T6 was fine. He told me, down the line I will need thermostat replaced but it was nothing to worry about and nothing that needed to be done right now. I was so shocked that he did all this for free and on the same day I called.

I had 3 German cars brought to DESI. They will never take advantage of me being a woman! Honest service! Already had 5 of our-coworkers referred to this shop. As long as they continue to operate the way they are doing, I'll keep coming back and refer some more! I appreciate Sam for dropping me back to my daughter's home in heavy thunderstorm.

I took my Mercedes Benz CLK 550 to Shawn to figure out why I had water in my trunk. He was busy but still made the time to pull it in, put my car on a lift and check out the source. He did a few things told me a list of possibilities if it persists and gave me my car back...no charge! Amazing repair place I refer everyone to Shawn, his shop is truly legit.

I was looking to purchase 2014 Land-Range Rover Supercharged and inspection to ensure I am making educated decision on the vehicle. Sean not only provided good recommendations but inspected it thoroughly and gave me good discounts since I got three more German cars which are always repaired by Sean.

Sean spends lots of time explaining the details to me and advise on what should be done and what can be wait.

Desi Auto Care is the first shop that I have ever given my loyalty. Shawn have great prices on maintenance, he is quick and effective in diagnosing my issues of the gear selector lever cannot be disengaged from the “P” position and warning sign shows in dashboard.

I am not a “car person” and my description of the symptoms probably does not help much (or at all). So, I’m even more appreciative that Shawn can figure out the root causes of my MINI COOPER - CLUBMAN and complete the repair on time. He is honest about what needs to be fixed now and what can be fixed later. You can ask him to explain the details of what was actually wrong without being made to feel like a 5-year old.

My Jaguar XJ was acting up,a few times it would feel like the car was dying (No power). On my way to Desi Auto Care my car took a dump on me. I had it towed into the shop (So glad! I just renewed my AAA membership). As I arrived, I explained how my car dying on the freeway (Lose power), so he hooked it and found out my fuel pump went out. He ordered a fuel pump and I decided to come back next day.

Overall I had a great experience here. Work came with 2 years parts and labor warranty, and I get a free refreshments. Win win for me! I would recommend this Jaguar specialist shop. Sam's prices are better than dealership for sure.

I called and spoke to Sean about a burnt smell and smoke being emitted from the engine compartment of my 2013 328i a couple of weeks ago. I was planning to schedule an appointment to bring my BMW in but after describing the symptoms to Sean he suggested that I bring the car by so he can take a look and see how serious it was then go from there. He initially did a visual and smell check then suggested that I leave the car there and they will look into further.
The next day to my relief, he informed me that the issue was not so serious: I was missing a cap to a valve stem, releasing a small amount of oil to the hot parts of the engine; hence the smoke and burnt smell.

He replaced the cap to that valve stem and cleaned up the oil around the surrounding area. I asked Philip how much would it cost and he informed me it was such an easy job that he would feel bad charging me for it. I appreciate that he did not make any definitive statements during the preliminary diagnosis, was up front about when he can further work on the car. I left feeling that the car was in good hands and that I was treated fairly and honestly. A+ business integrity!

Two thumbs up! I have lived in multiple states and am always looking for someone to take care of my 8 years old (but still beloved) SAAB 9-7. These guys are real. Extremely personable (which can be hard to find in the auto repair industry) Shaun told me exactly what is needed for my engine oil leak (very dark-dirty leak!) and does whatever it takes to accommodate the customer. He earns the great reviews he receives.

These good technicians help me about suddenly acquired problem off my BMW 5-Series losing its left and right turn signals as well as it's hazard lights. I phoned the receptionist who was able to give me timely appointment. I realize that not every bit of German Auto Repair can be done quickly, but my point in writing this critique is that the way this team interacted with me was so clear and direct, about the Signal Blinker Relay gets cracks in its solder connections. If I ever had trouble again with my BMW am high-tailing it directly to Desi Auto Care.

Some issues with my Audi A4 the oil light reminder was on, service engine soon was on and I was told by Audi dealership that my from left CV boot joint needed to be replaced, they're going to charge me fair and I would be paying $1240

When I got 2nd opinion from Desi Auto Care, Shawn looked at my car inside and out and could not find ANY issue wrong with it. The CV joint made no noise while driving it, there were no crack on it and he had no idea why dealer told me it needed to be replaced. Shawn pointed out some other issues (power steering would need to be flushed next time, the belt is showing some cracks) but his recommendation was, there was nothing wrong with my car. He couldn't find anything to repair on (except my oil change!)

Strange happenings while travelling on Route 561 - engine seems to cut off for a seconds, headlight will dim/bright, and vipers starts by themselves...feels like a Halloween inside of my Volkswagen!

My regular shop is 85 miles away. Luckily I found Desi Auto Care who was able to fit me into his schedule. Andrew is knowledgeable, hardworking, and extremely thorough. The quality of work is beyond expectation.

This is 6 bays, 6 mechanics shop. Be prepared for them to be busy. The advantage is that you know exactly who is going to be working on your car.
