2008 Saab 9-3 owner - First time customer.
Had a tire wobble and a grinding noise coming from the back end of my Saab. Dropped it off, and later got a call from Sam letting me know that the lug nuts just needed tightening. Such as little thing , I was kicking myself for not checking myself.

Picked my car up the next day and they did not charge me a penny. Totally surprised, but great move. Will be bringing my Saab back for any service in future. highly recommended!

Shawn is hands down the best Benz mechanic I've ever had. Prompt, honest, helps prioritize repairs. German cars are expensive to maintain - sometimes the work is costly, sometimes it's next to nothing (because of Shaun) - but he always takes the time to explain what is wrong, obtain my approval on repair or service, and show me what he did (old parts etc.) when I pick up the car.

Driving to Voorhees Township office my '11 MINI Countryman brakes were making noises with mirror issue.

Shawn told me he would call me around noon, if there is any issue with the brakes and if so, would give me an estimate. He did exactly that. I received his call and to my surprise, the brakes were fine. The noise is something that occurs with certain MINIs and the honesty that was displayed was highly appreciated (no further brake issues either) Furthermore, my mirror was cracked from someone punching/hitting it while the car was parked on the street outside my apartment a few nights before. Shawn gave me a fair price and only recommended replacing the glass part, not the whole entire mirror. I have every reason why I would recommend them.

People who don't know European cars, trust this shop. Sean didn't know me from anyone else off the street and has been a wonderful person to deal with taking care of items that most shops would just turn away. Also, he happens to have a great BMW shop that has honest prices and helps you with whatever he can in getting the prices down. Appreciate all the professionalism and integrity, not to mention the expertise on European vehicles and skill. New Jersey's best!

For the MINI Cooper fuel leak, I needed a new fuel pump and sender unit, which they replaced in about 2 hrs, which normally is a 5 hr job for many shops. I saved lots of money on labor because he was willing to clean gasoline that leaked into my cabin, diagnose and fix a dead bulb, check/fill all fluids, and re-set my warning sign all for FREE because I was a student and tight with money.


Desi Auto Care is a Godsend, and They don’t try to screw you on the parts.

I have posted a review before but I felt compelled to write one today because of the level of service that Sam provided. I had problem with electrical system and dark smoke in morning on my Q7 and brought it to Desi. He took a look at it and fixed it within 3 hrs. To top it off, he charge me very minor amount for the service. I am sure other German shops would have kept me waiting and charged me tool and nail. I'm a happy customer and will definitely come back.

Can't say enough good things about Sean. I trust him-period! (The most important thing) He does great Audi-work, quickly. I went to him with my old Q5 3.2 Quattro which he kept on the road for years, and now I'm to his shop with my 9 years old Benz!

The mechanics at Desi Auto Care are the Cream of the Corp. Shawn always does work on my Acura MDX. I had him change out my speciality performance-brakes and he (not even the delearship) figured out that the disks and pads need to be seated in prior to use. The last brake change cycle I had to deal with screaming brakes for the entire time, and was told by Dealer that this was probably normal for performance brakes. My father-in-law has been going here since few years and only trusts them to work on his Acura.

First time to Desi Auto Care yesterday. Very impressed and they did a good job in taking care of a very bad fluid leak and serious gas smell in cabin on my 2012 Acura RDX. Good people to do business with.

Jessica accommodated my schedule and Sean did a very thorough job. He emailed the results, went through everything carefully with me on the phone and spent a lot of time. He was honest and gave technical opinions without pressurizing me. This is a **GREAT** choice if you want a detailed evaluation of your JAGUAR. Estimates for repair costs sounded very reasonable.

I opted to pay for the all four brakes on the spot (FYI, they wear less expensive than it would have cost me to have a mobile mechanic come to my home and just inspect my 2015 BMW-M3. so I essentially was able to get a service my Bimmer needed for less than what it would have cost me for just an inspection)

5 star across the board!!

I was hesitant to come here at first. I've had so many bad experiences at auto shops. Being a young female makes you a prime target for up-selling vultures that have no regard for you but only your pockets.

Shawn seems really honest. I went to BMW Mt. Laurel and they wanted to charge me $317 to change my front brake pads only. As a 2nd opinion Shawn's price was reasonable and he don't try and hammer you with things you need to get done. Will be coming back 100%

Took my Jaguar to Desi Auto Care get a major oil leak fixed. The correct repair was made for a reasonable charge. Jaguars are highly complex British autos that are difficult to service and Desi Auto Care is up to the task. they also noticed a couple of side issues and dealt with them. A holistic approach to my car's health? Nice if your Jaguar is out of its warranty, this is the shop to go.

I just took my Land Rover Evoque to this shop for the first time. Bottom line, I would recommend this place to everyone. My car had an electrical problem which took an enormous amount of testing by the master technician. Throughout the three days that my car was in their hands, I was given daily updates. 

I want to give a big thanks to Sean, Andrew, and the the techs that work so hard on my car to diagnose the complicated electrical issue.

Scheduled a battery replacement and on the way to Desi Auto Care my 2008 BMW - M5 went nuts, throwing a ton of dashboard signs. I assumed it has something to do with the battery. Sean very quickly knew better - and found water in the trunk which had trashed a few control boxes. Smart guy!

I was told about Shauna shop from a mutual friend. Since my 2010 Volkswagen (Routan) is no longer under warranty, I took it to Shaun to have the brakeachecked and repaired. He replaced the rear rotors and pads for a price that I don't think could have matched anywhere, outside of doing it myself. The best part was he did it in what seemed like record time.

I was impressed with is the cleanliness of his shop. That makes a world of difference to me. If you need automotive repairs, check him out. Tell him, that Craig sent you.

My Mini-Cooper Clubman radiator blew early morning on my way to job. I called Sam to see if he can squeeze me in. Luckily he has one cancellation. He ordered it for me, and had it delivered within 1.5 hours, and repair was done t a great price. A life saver for sure!

Andrew’s excellent diagnostics skills/test drives of my Mercedes E-class have helped to identify problems before they became significant. He is very knowledgeable and good at diagnosis. On numerous occasions/problems (ABS controller replacement, power front seat rebuilds) Andrew has found ways to either find less expensive solutions at costs well below what might have been offered by a dealer.

All the work (brakes, suspensions, etc) is priced fairly. All of Desi’s technicians seem to be super Benz-knowledgeable and enjoy what they do.

I discovered Desi Auto Care in 2016. since then have been in several times for service on small and big repairs for my Audi 2008 A8 and would never go anywhere else. Shawn is a good troubleshooter, very straightforward and honest to deal with, and my car is always ready on time. good value, definitely not overpriced. He knows his FOUR RINGS. No complaints.

Had the Audi A8 break down on the Berlin road. Lame. Smoke was pouring out of the engine cavity, and I knew I was screwed. I was advised that i needed a water pump, a thernostat,and some radiator connections for the top and bottom. They threw in a new air filter while they were in there. Sam kept good contact with me regarding the updates. He told me about the decisions that had to be made, and good way of explaining the situation.

I didn't feel rushed into making a lot of unnecessary repairs. I'm happy 5hat my car is running again! It purrs right along.
