I was extremely pleased with the service Clark our Alterra technician provided. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable answering all my questions, which I asked many. He did a thorough job inside and out of our house. I am very pleased. Both Clark and their office associate Laura C. were very professional and courteous.

Alterra technician John H. came to our house to provide pest service and I was very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy, and thorough explanations. Because of the rain, the granulation on the grass had to be rescheduled. Rather than having me call to reschedule later, John called himself and set up the appointment before leaving. Josh L. appeared very pleasant and professional during his first visit to spray both the inside and outside of our home.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the 2 service technicians. They explained the services well and performed the duties thoroughly. Blaine and John H. represented the company well.

I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so after our first visit from Alterra. John H. was very professional and explained everything to us in great detail. He performed all of the work that the sales guy (who was also very polite and professional) said he would perform on the initial visit. After he was finished he talked with me and I mentioned to him that we were seeing spiders in the basement and mice droppings inside the bottom (tank holder) of my grill. Without hesitation he grabbed his stuff and said that he would spray inside the house for me and set a box that was safe for my pets behind my grill to kill the mice. From John H. actions, it made me feel confident that I had hired a company that took pride in their service. So much so that I have already referred Alterra to two of my friends and they too are impressed with their service so far. We have only had the initial visit to date, but I'm confident we will continue to get the same outstanding service. Oh and no more mouse dropping in my grill anymore, which makes me very happy.

Clark was very polite and cordial on the initial visit. I was pleased to have him service our home and would recommend him to others.

...I had a re-occurrence of ants. Called back & the next day Paul was out spreading poison. This was the 1st time in a year I had seen a bug on the inside of the house.. very professional & efficient TY..John W

John H was very thorough when he serviced our home. Rey professional and clearly explained what was done and instructed me to call back if the treatment for bugs was ineffective because of rains forecasted that day. He did so well I didn't have to call back.
