Justin O. came to our house today and was very profressional, courteous, and took time to explain what he was doing. Nice to work with friendly people.

M. Claxton came for our home for the quarterly service this past weekend. He was very friendly, informative and thorough. I've seen a reduction in pests, especially spiders. I would recommend this company.

m Claxton stopped by to do the service for my hose. He was very professional and introduced himself and told me he would be done in about 20 minutes. Upon handing me my bill he shook my hand and was off. Very nice with great service. Phil P.

I finally met Justin O at my quartly service, and was delighted with his professionalism and his taking time to speak with me. He was very thurrough and efficient, considering he had to deal with my barking dog and screaming Cockatoo! My Alterra Service Pro, James C., visited today to inspect and treat my home for household pests (the insect-type!) James impressed me because:



1. James announced his arrival by ringing the door bell & greeted me kindly.

2. He inspected the exterior of the home thoroughly and treated for a small issue.

3. Announced when he had finished his work and explained what he had done re: inspection & treatment.

4. James was very personable and professional in his interactions with me.



So many home repair or company technicians today never announce their arrival, but that was not the case with James C. Thanks to him and Alterra for a job well done!

Justin O came and resprayed my garage and basement for me because we were out of town the first time. I like to be home when the services are done so I can talk with them and gain info for myself and allow them access to areas of the house that I think need to be treated. Justin was extremely nice and informative, he did a very good job and I will be requesting him for all my quarterly appointments.

Michael R. Justin O came by an sprayed the inside of the house as requested. I followed him around just to make sure everything was done, but I quickly found that wasn't needed. Most companies send out folks and you have to follow them around and make sure they do their job. Justin was very pleasant, polite and courtesy. I was extremely pleased with Justin!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Derek T. He is very knowledgeable, professional, detailed and courteous. He addressed our concerns with the ants that we had in the backyard. He explained everything that he will be doing during the service. The products work great but I am very happy with the EXCELLENT service I received and will continue to ask for Derek.

The service professional (Derek T.) was very friendly and courteous. I kind of wish they would give me a discount since he said he really didn't do much since there wasn't any spiderwebs, but what are ou going to do?
