Daniel came out to perform our quarterly service, he knocked on the door to introduce himself and to ask if there is any concerns. I let him know I was seeing alot of spiders. I saw him sweeping the eaves (first time for this) and taking the time to really walk around the house. I would love to have Daniel return, he did a great job

My contact with this company from day 1 has been a positive experience. From the first contact with the salesman, to the first treatment team of two, to the followup treatments by Justin O, all have been professional and friendly. Their treatment plan has been effective and they are willing and eager to do what is necessary to please the customer.



Justin O has been a treat to work with. He is kind, friendly, and wanting to please, plus he is knowledgeable in his field. We look forward to his visits.

Daniel came today and performed our quarterly treatment. He was very professional and courteous (not pushy). Since using these guys we seldom see any bugs. If and when we do have issues, these guys come right out and take care of it.

Justin O was here today, as courteous and professional as always! He points out improvements and needs from visit to visit and is eager to address all problem areas. Which we really don't have anymore. Never dread to see Justin O at the door, always friendly! Teresa H

Daniel is the Alterra professional who serviced my yard today. He knocked on the door to let me know he was there and to ask if we were having any concerns. We aren't, because we have had two previous treatments from Alterra. We have experienced a drastic reduction in insects in our home.

So Daniel did a regular servicing of the yard, and what I appreciated is that he remembered to close and latch the gate to my deck. Most people forget to do that.

I met Daniel while he was servicing our neighbor next door. He was very friendly and knowledgeable......He took my number and called and we set up an appointment and presented the service agreement. We are all signed up and look forward to working with Daniel. Thanks, Ray A. and Debra J.

Alterra Pest is great. They come out any time we call them and respray if we need it. They always treat area and go above and beyond, also don't treat areas that I ask not to be treated because of pet. Justin O is great, he is friendly and very professional. He has been to our house several times and takes GREAT pride in his work. What a nice person. Thanks

We had an Alterra Pest appointment earlier today. Justin O was the service tech that came out. He is definitely a model employee. Very thorough with his explanations as well as fast and efficient. It's refreshing to see this kind of service and professionalism from employees.

Alterra Pest Controls service is EXCEPTIONAL! Justin O is a courteous professional who provides fast and thorough service EVERY Time! He never hesitates to answer questions and asks about specific needs for each visit. The products used by Alterra work - you won't be disappointed. Justin O earns a 10 out of 10 for every visit over the last 15 months!

Justin O was so helpful and gave me good insight to the habits of some "crawling things". He was efficient and very reassuring, handling current problem and preventative measures. Thanks.

Justin O was amazing today! He got rid of a huge ground wasp nest for us!

Daniel performed the fall insect protection and treatment. Cleaned all around the house and eves. No more spiders!

The company has been great. I did have to request that they let me know when someone was coming to treat the home.

He is professional and knows his job.

Justin has been here many times and he is always very courteous. He does a fantastic job.

Justin O. came by our house today to treat between treatments. I was ready to cancel my service with them because of some recent spider sightings. Justin took the time to explain to me why the spider traffic was so heavy and encouraged me to give them a chance to correct the problem. Because of Justin and the way he handled my situation, I've decided not to cancel after my contract is up. Thanks for doing such a good job, J.O.



UPDATE: DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!! I wrote this review because Justin handed me a card with instructions on how to post a review and said that he gets $20 for every review he receives. Then he said, "Nobody ever does it." Of course I posted a review for him. Who wouldn't want to take a second to help a nice guy get $20? The reason I didn't fire them that day is because Justin said I'm locked in a contract until July and it would cost me more to get out of it than just stay with them. It's August. I fired them in July. My new pest control service came today and I had spiders in my HOUSE!!!!! Not to mention all over my garage and yard. These reviews are BOGUS!!!! People are giving these reviews because the techs are suckering them into it. Do yourselves a favor, DON'T SIGN WITH THEM!!!!

Alterra was great. Justin O. did an outstanding job in the initial sit down session explaining everything. He was very nice and happy to answer any questions I had. I was very happy with the service.

Amazing service! Mike Claxton from Alterra was kind and knowledgeable. He even answered multiple questions from our very inquisitive 3 year old daughter! We are thankful for Mike going beyond what we would have expected in service!
