Kurt and Clark came out today to do my first treatment. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They even set out a rodent trap because I saw a mouse run under my patio a few days ago. They assured me that if I notice a mouse in the trap to give them a call and they will dispose of it for me. Now, that's great service!

I was given a 2 hour window for my 1st treatment. I was a little worried that I would be stuck at home all morning waiting but our serviceman, Kurt, arrived right on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not rush like I have noticed other companies have done. Very happy.

This was our first treatment with Alterra and Jerry W was the perfect service person to send out. Very professional, friendly and courteous. He answered all our questions and made sure we knew what he was going to do and to also let us know that at any time we had additional problems Alterra would certainly come back out to remedy the problem. Hopefully he will be our service person every time. We enjoyed talking with him and feel we have know him a long time.

Daniel W. was very prompt, professional and thorough in providing service. He called before the appointment, so I knew who to expect, and introduced himself again at the door, then proceeded to listen to what I wanted done. He was even patient while I described the spiders I've been seeing and assured me of the variety they were. I had him spray the basement, garage and entire exterior of the house. I'm very pleased with the service and look forward to working with Daniel in the future.

Kurt C provided customer service as it should be delivered. Courteous, friendly, and professional, he answered all my questions and did a fantastic job around my house. I look forward to working with him in the future.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Charlie W. when he came to take care of our spider problem. He gave us multiple treatment options and was very knowledgeable and professional during his time with us. Would gladly recommend him to anyone and we will continue to use Alterra!

I called Alterra after seeing a large number of wasps near my garage. Raymond J. destroyed several small nests and treated the area, which hopefully will prevent future issues. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving the problem quickly!

Clark and Kurt were awesome. They were clean cut, professional, and polite. They quickly applied our initial treatment, wiped spider webs off the porch and knocked down wasp's nests that we couldn't reach ourselves. They were extremely patient and sweet to our very chatty three year old. And they even topped off our cat's food dish when they were done spraying the basement! Clark, Kurt, and Alterra have exceeded our expectations.

Jerry W. and Taylor C. applied our first treatment today. They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and explained the details of our service and payments succinctly. We appreciate their hard work on a very hot day!

We just had our first treatment by Alterra. Clark and Kurt were professional and friendly. Their service was thorough and efficient. Also, my dog indicated they were safe to allow into our home and yard for this initial treatment. We like the variety of pests that will be prevented from living in our home. We feel confident in Alterra's warranty against any unwanted pests.

My Service Professionals were Kevin D. and Charlie W. They were both quite expedient and thorough in there work. In addition to being nice, they were also concerned about my child's possible asthma so they didn't spray in the house. (Though it would have been possible if I had the liberty of leaving for 2 hours) All in all they were fantastic and my wife and I are very pleased. Gracias hombres!
