I have been with Alterra for about a year now and the service has been great. The technicians have been friendly and professional, especially Derek T.

Just received my 2nd quarterly service from Alterra. Service Pro Derek T. was outstanding in his knowledge of services provided by Alterra. I explained a situation I recently had with fleas and he indicated I should have called Alterra for help in resolving this situation. I am truely a believer - when I am faced with future situations, my first and only call will be to Alterra. Alterra is very fortunate to have a Service Pro as knowledgeable as Derek T. Keep up the good work Alterra - So glad you expanded to include the St. Louis area.

I highly recommend Alterra Pest Control. When scheduling my initial visit, they were able to put me on the calendar the next business day. James C., my servive pro, was on time and professional. He took the time to play with my 1 1/2 year old who was a little unsure about the strange man in our house--he took the time to make my son feel comfortable. He was very thorough in cleaning and spraying our house for spiders. Before leaving, he let me know what kind of spiders we had and to not hesistate to schedule another appointment if we have any problems. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them!

If you are looking for prompt service, look no further! The tech came out smiling, nice and early so we did not have to miss our work schedule!++ He explained what he had to do and we forgot the rest. He went around set traps, sprayed down the whole house, and explained to us what applications were done at the house. Sign and away. Professional & courteous! Thank you!

Derek T, came out to to our house today and was very proffesional and knowledgeable about his job and my concerns. He also gave me some helpful advise for avoiding future problems. I am very pleased with the service I recieved from Derek today. I felt like I was not just some customer having a bug problem. He explained what he was doing all the time he was here. I hope that I wont have any other issue, but if I do I will request Derek T again.

I had an excellent experience with our Service Professional, Derek T. His customer service deserves bragging rights! He was very thorough, knowledgeable in his industry, and had great recommendations. He was very friendly and cared about the job he was doing. I wouldn't consider myself JUST a "satisfied customer", ...but more a loyal customer-because with Service professionals like Derek, I am loyal to Alterra Pest. Thanks Derek! Derek T. from Alterra did a great job at my home today. He not only sprayed inside and out, but he cleaned webs out from under the eaves of my house and treated the landscaping rocks as well. He wore "booties" over his shoes when he came in to spray to protect my floors. He was friendly and thorough.

He's knowledgable, spends time working on the problem, offers solutions and is just downright delightful. Justin O. came out to my house yesterday and he was very professional and friendly. He introduced himself and told me what all he was going to do to the outside of the house to treat for pest control. Justin reminded me if I had any issues they would come back out and treat for free before my next service date, and asked if I had any questions. Best service I have ever gotten from a pest control company.

The service professional who came to my home today, Derek T., was absolutely fabulous! He was extremely helpful, and when I told him of some specific problems we have had with spiders and crickets, he took the time to listen and suggest a solution. Wonderful associate and fantastic company!

Amazing job. My pro was Mr. Cross, and he has done a fabulous job at representing Alterra not only on a professional level, but on a customer friendliness level. We have had absolutely no bugs inside out house since we began with Alterra. If you are having trouble with pests, give them a call and schedule your visit right away. It has worked wonders for us!

Matt C did the quarterly today. He did a good job on the outside and gave me some spider traps for the inside.

Chris H. serviced my home today and he just did a wonderfull job on removing the wasp nest and all the cob webs, he seems like a great young man, please give the guy a raise to keep him in your business. Its nice to see fine young people to work on your home

My husband and I recently had our initial service with Alterra. When first arriving, Adam and Christian were thorough in mentioning our options and listened to our requests. They proceeded to treat our home in the best way possible to rid of the pests we've been seeing lately. Before leaving, they were sure to go over exactly what they did and mentioned to not hesitate contacting them if our issues were not resolved. They were on time, professional, and provided an overall, great experience.
