Shellie Miller and Closet Factory did our 3' and 5' reach-ins in my last home and they turned out very good. Now I moved into a house that needs 2 custom fitted closets in the master bedroom. I don't have that many clothes but I know with a custom closet they are kept in a much better condition because there is space to properly store them, be they folded or hanging. In a simple closet with the builder's basic wire shelf all our clothes just looked a mess. Nightmares of clothing avalanches. I have no regrets for investing in nicer closets. Shellie is nice and the Closet Factory was cheaper than I expected.

Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory is the most professional designer and simply a joy to work with, and her company did an amazing job in giving us exactly what we wanted in our closets. We worked with Shellie Miller, who was professional, efficient and respectful of time. We were surprised at the reasonable cost, since we were told that Closet Factory was on the pricey end. When we were at Costco the other day, we decided to get a rep to price out custom closets. Shellie Miller came over to our home and was very knowledgeable. The Closet Factory and Costco work closely together. Installations are only done by licensed/insured employees of the Closet Factory, and are not subcontracted out to other companies. Her quotes were fair and because of our Costco member rebates and lifetime guarantees from both companies, my wife and I were confident to place the order. They have some really nice products that range from simple to very ornate. Shellie is a pleasure to work with and we look forward to doing more business in the future.

The design and service that I received from Shellie Miller and the Closet Factory was fantastic and affordable. I also needed an additional shelf hung, which the installers kindly helped me with.
