Shellie Miller provided amazing services in helping design and plan a beautiful entertainment unit! She was attentive, detail-orientated, and offered solutions regarding function, design and color options that I hadn't thought of. Her attitude is always positive and she worked hard as a project manager to make sure the job was done right the first time. The Closet Factory's superior craftsmanship and Shellie's professional knowledge made it come together perfectly. Highly recommend her services!

Shelly's expertise and attention to detail are what sold us on doing business with her before we saw the company's amazing factory and the fantastic range of projects that they are experienced with. When the installations began, they were timely, professional and conscientious about the quality of work being performed. They often went above and beyond to make sure the work was done properly. Shelly and her team worked so diligently and so well with us, we truly enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone. Everything looks great!

I had water damage to my ceiling and closet below. I called The Closet Factory and they send Shellie Miller to give me a quote. She was on time, very professional and gave thorough assessment of the work to be done and the cost. I look forward to getting everything together as soon as possible. A painting contractor recommended Shellie Miller for a project that our GC was completely fumbling. Shellie came in and evaluated the situation, created excellent renderings, and my husband and I are totally impressed with her knowledge and design expertise. Our visit to the Closet Factory was much more than we ever expected (they do so much more than their name!) Shellie and her team are consummate professionals and our family is very excited to have three vital rooms (office, entertainment center, media room) finally completed.

Hands down, the best experience I have ever experienced with doing anything custom in my home. I was referred to Amy Mendez By my co worker who raved about her. I needed some built ins done, so i decided to give her and Closet Factory a shot. Once we met her, we knew she was the one we wanted to do business with. From her personality , to her knowledge and her confidence on getting the job done correctly we knew we found the right person. We had our closets recently done by our designer Amy Mendez. She came in as a professional and guided us throughout the way. Our closets came even better than we had imagined. Recently, I moved to Florida and my master closet is the first item I have purchased. After many other designer plans, I decided on Lori Kasten from the Closet Factory. Her design was exceptional, creating the most amount of use and storage in the space allotted. No other designer thought "out side the box" like she did.
She listened to me and paid attention to my needs. I love all the room I have for shoes and purses, besides the fantastic set of drawers that has a lock.
