For anybody looking for custom closets that will increase the market value of your home, should contact Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach. She is a pro's pro and very talented and a pleasure to work with. She custom designed for us the best closets I've ever seen. Thanks again Jeanne.

After a recommendation from a friend, we called Senior Designer Shellie Miller to look at some areas in our home. She went out of her way to assess our needs (shoe counting!) and get the project done right - her work was excellent and the installers kept things neat and cleaned up. The Closet Factory and Shellie were very customer oriented and were very easy to deal with. I will definitely keep them in mind for any additional projects that may come up.

So Shellie from the Closet Factory comes in ... checks out my closet that fell down and in under 30 minutes, we've got plans and a date to have a beautiful custom made space completed in less than 2 weeks! It came out beautiful! Exceptional work. She was confident and VERY Professional, and so was the gentleman who put everything in. Very neat and polite. As a project Manager, Shellie and the staff kept me in the loop with e-mails, texts and always answers to any questions I had beforehand. I could not ask for better service. Thank You Shellie and The Closet Factory!

Our experience with the Closet factory and Shelley Miller was excellent! The Install was done in a very professional and timely manner and I am completely happy with the garage cabinetry and flooring project. Shellie Miller was a breath of fresh air! Our wire closet completely collapsed and we were living in a disorganized mess. She came through the door with a sunny smile and bright attitude. Her quick solution saved the day! Thankfully her scheduling department gave us a date not too far in the future to remedy our problem and the workmanship is better than expected. We look forward to future projects with Shellie and the Closet Factory.

I had a wire closet completely fall down and Shellie Miller came and designed one that was a huge improvement with regard to space and storage planning!The Closet Factory did really good job putting everything in--it looks great. Everything was good. There was nothing bad at all, and the price was good. I had that closet redone and Shellie will be helping with replacing some old laundry cabinets that have some damage. She was terrific to work with and I highly recommend Shellie and her company

First time using any closet company, and Shellie Miller made it so easy...she practically held my hand the whole time because I had so many questions and was worried about every detail. It was so easy and such a relief to have all the work completed in two consecutive days! Shellie was outstanding! Very professional and friendly, I felt very secure in her design and judgement, that she was not trying to add any unnecessary expenses into the job.
She talked me through every detail from start to finish, and when the installation team showed up, they left everything neat, perfect and amazing! I love my new closets! Shellie is a tremendous asset to The Closet Factory!

I give Shellie Miller and The Closet Factory 5+ stars across the board! We've used them multiple times and have always been very satisfied with their work and the service they provide. I always request Shellie because she is polite, prompt, and so helpful. She has really gone out of her way to accommodate us. We had a pretty big job going in with many design components and she really pulled through on our behalf and made sure we were taken care of. It's things like that I really appreciate about Shellie and her company. They have always been very fair and honest with their prices and billing. They have skilled technicians with great customer service all around. No complaints and I highly recommend!

When we moved into our new home, we got quotes from 3-4 companies for a number of projects in our house - master bedroom closet, pantry closet, and home office. Most people that we had in our home never met the mark, but our designer Amy Mendez was very professional and took as much time as was needed to arrive at the look and the budget we wanted. She knows her business that's for sure! We felt confident with our decision of choosing her and the Closet Factory for our project.
We're definitely going to use her again for our future projects!

We are so so Happy with our New Murphy bed and office. Our guest room has had a total makeover thanks so our talented designer Amy Mendez. She has worked on a few projects with us and each one has come out just beautiful as expected. Great craftsmanship by the installer Paul too.

Installed Closet Factory closets through Costco and couldn't be happier. Working with Mark Sidel was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable about the whole design process from start to finish and made the decision making easy.
