We bought a 1925 historic Spanish bungalow in West Palm Beach and spent the better part of 2 years creating our dream home. We have flipped many homes in the past so we've worked with lots of local practitioners but this time we needed to work with top talent. When we were considering who to use for our custom closets our neighbor recommended someone he had used at a large well known closet company but when we met her she made a number of elementary design mistakes that really disappointed us. My Google search brought up one prominent result which was Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. I called Mark and from the moment we started speaking the experience was one of a kind. So professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, Mark made us feel special and handled everything from delivering terrific design solutions to giving us the gorgeous master suite closet that we truly love. We are referring Mark to our friends and especially our neighbors who are also in the process of renovating historic homes and require the same expertise and the same experience. And last but not least, we love the gift basket that Mark personally delivers at the end of every project to make sure that every detail has been tended to. They were also able to complete the work in just one full day rather than the 2 days that we originally were expecting. Of course Mark came to visit after the work was completed to inspect and make sure everything was perfect. It was a really pleasant surprise when he showed up with a very nice gift basket full of delicious goodies and thoughtful things even including a little pet toy for our cat Gracie. We really need to thank Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale for the fabulous job he did in our garage. I have been helping my very good friend J to get a number of projects completed in his home while he is traveling internationally. We met Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale and have been so impressed with him and Closet Factory that we have already done 3 projects together, garage cabinets and floor, media storage and memorabilia display, and now this third project of master closet and smaller closet with linen storage. I just can't say enough about the work Mark and the Closet Factory Installers do. This time we had Adam come with one additional Installer and boy were they terrific. I really want to thank Mark SIdell and the entire crew at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. Mark made the entire process so easy for my mother and I. We have been upgrading a number of areas of our home and the garage is right in the front of our house so we really wanted to have it be done right. There are other companies who do garages but what convinced us was the fact that Motor Trend selected Closet Factory to do all their garages across the U.S. Hey if they're good enough to be the only ones to make it through the process of being evaluated by a quality company like Motor Trend, well we felt that they must build a pretty nice product. And in fact that's what they did for us and at a very reasonable price as well. Jerry Sheehan did a fabulous job on the floor. Adam Alper and his guys built beautiful cabinetry, all perfectly according to the master design plan that Mark developed together with us. Truth be told, we had a ton of impact on the design and Mark guided us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and needed. Everyone along the way at Closet Factory was so professional and that made the project run so very smoothly. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Again, thanks Mark. We wondered if all those reviews about Mark on all those websites were really true...uh, yeah! And now we are so excited about getting started on the stone and wood entertainment center. We had moved to Florida from the San Jose area and purchased a home in Parkland, FL. My wife and I visited the Closet Factory Showroom in Fort Lauderdale on Powerline Road and were immediately impressed by what we saw there and our Designer, Mark Sidell. Boy does he know his stuff. Better still he was a real pleasure to work with. Mark juggled his schedule to make time for us the day after we met and he got right to work designing just the right solutions for each of the project spaces we presented him with. We were interested in having Mark help us with the closets but when we saw the Murphy Beds in the Showroom and understood the quality that goes into building them we knew that the guest bedroom needed his help as well. At the bottom of Mark's emails is a tag line that says, "You're going to love what we design together!", and that is really very true. The three of us spent all the time necessary developing designs and then improving them until they were exactly what was needed to maximize the spaces with just the right look that made both my wife and I happy. A+ for process, A+ for build quality, and A+++ for how Mark managed the process from the moment we met until he delivered the very thoughtful gift basket that his wife makes for all new Clients. We were looking for help with our bathroom vanity's, all three of them. My wife and I went to lots of kitchen and bath shops but that turned up nothing. Most of those places just wanted to sell us something without really understanding what we wanted. It has been a real pleasure working with Mark Sidell from Closet Factory. We Google'd professionals focusing on building custom wood cabinets and one of the top results was Mark Sidell listed on Houzz.com. We were convinced that he would be a good match for us and for our project, but still we selected several other local companies as well to compare. The reason we liked Mark was because he was on Houzz.com's national Recommended list and he was also listed as an Industry Influencer. After the first round of meeting and speaking with each of the vendor candidates we very quickly selected Mark and Closet Factory to do the work. Others appeared to be in over their heads or bid so low that we were sure that we wouldn't get the high quality result we had to have. Turns out we made a very wise choice. We had a very tough project and were looking for someone who could design around some real problems...mostly space. In a high-rise condominium there simply isn't any so the design had to be perfect. We were adding Amenity Stations holding cold towels for our residents during their workouts on 2 of our 42 floors. Mark not only came up with a very effective design, but he also added a hamper in a space we thought would never allow for it. Best of all, the guys in the Closet Factory shop hand stained the wood facade to exactly match the existing woodwork throughout the building. We were so pleased with the final result because it looks like it had been built with the original building. From the beginning of the project when Mark made his initial presentation until the final follow-up Mark was a real Pro and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for all your help Mark. We can't wait to have you complete the work on our next project which is the Building Engineer's Work Shop. Your design promises to make this space very much more productive and the organization will surely help everyone using this room now and in the future to manage all the critical processes and pieces and parts we need to run our operation. Our garage had custom cabinets build by Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale about 10 years ago. They still look great! When I was deciding how to handle some awkwardly sized folding tables and chairs I called Closet Factory again and Mark came to evaluated the space and provide the design solution. We decided that we would build 3 separate cabinets, one that was a full 40 inches deep, and 2 that had sliding doors which we had not used before. The result? Mark designed a great looking and very functional set of cabinets. He was always on time and his designs work perfectly. We can actually store more than we had originally thought we could get from the limited space we gave Mark to work with. In addition, the installation was flawless. We strongly recommend Mark Sidell to anyone seeking professional design services. He is a true pleasure to work with.

We had interviewed several closet companies but when we met Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale we realized that all the rest had given us the same standard designs and each contained several errors that would have created more problems than they solved. Closet Factory has a huge Showroom and really great studios with large flat screen tv's where Mark presented 2D and 3D views of each of our closets. Seeing them this way allowed us to really understand how our closets would actually work as we used them each day. It also revealed the errors in all the other company's designs. Our Closet Factory Installer was very friendly and professional and provided quality workmanship so our closets look as good as they work. I had Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale come out a while ago and redo my garage floor with Polyurea. It looks absolutely fantastic especially with my vette in the garage. The floor looked so good I asked Mark to rebuild some of the cabinetry in the garage so that I could begin to get rid of the old wire shelving that was about to fall down. Mark suggested using black cabinets and that was a really great recommendation. In fact it looks so good that I'm having Mark come back to finish the entire garage with the same cabinetry. I'm even thinking about moving the TV out their along with myself! Mark, you did another beautiful job and we love the result.

Thank you Mark for all you did and for the great closet. My husband had used Mark Sidell from Closet Factory to build out some cabinetry in our garage and to redo the floor as well. When Mark came over early on a Sunday morning to deliver a very nice gift basket that his wife makes for all his new clients I decided to show him my home office and the problem I was having with my reach-in closet. I had been using the closet as a bit of an overflow closet for clothes that won't fit in my closet in my master bedroom. I have also been trying to organize and store all my craft items and of course clothes and crafts require different organization. After a brief chat with Mark we settled on a few really good ideas that he put to work right away. In fact he hooked his computer into our big screen tv and showed us the entire process which allowed us to make changes right on the fly. In less than an hour we were all set and really liked Mark's design ideas. Now that it's done I can truly say that this guy is the best in the business. I now have my crafts in the closet and enough room for my coats and other clothes as well. I can easily find everything I need. I highly recommend that if you want work like this done go to Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale and ask for Mark. You'll be glad you did!

I wanted to surprise my husband by having our garage floor professionally coated. He thought is would be nice but didn't think it was necessary so I told him I was having someone come to discuss some needed cabinetry in the garage to get things started. I looked in several of the home magazines that we all get and was very impressed by the look of the ad for Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. I am familiar with the name Motor Trend and thought these guys must be a good outfit to have that endorsement. So I called and scheduled an appointment. Mark Sidell was the Designer who came to discuss both cabinetry and flooring and it was very easy for me to decide who to work with. First of all he was not a sales person and I really appreciated that. He knew everything about garage floors and coatings and after the education I got there was only one thing left to do...get my husband to visit the Showroom to make the decision. Mark spoke with him by phone and based upon the advantages of the polyurea floor process my husband was actually excited about getting the work done. We visited the Showroom and it was amazing. In fact now that the floor is done and gorgeous may I say, we are having Mark come back to build a Wine-Bar for us and a guest kitchenette on our top floor. Their work is just beautiful. I just had the best experience with Closet Factory - Fort Lauderdale and their Senior Designer Mark Sidell. I had decided to redo my garage including the floor and some of the cabinetry. When Mark came over he made everything so simple and very easy to understand. I particularly liked the fact that they have a large Showroom where I could actually see and feel what I was buying BEFORE I SPENT ANY MONEY. I admit that there were times in the past when I didn't take the time and projects turned out very badly. I usually speak to more than just one vendor for a quote and I didn't want to spend a lot of time with each so I bought something from an email with pictures that looked ok and I did see small samples that the salesperson had in their trunk. It was a nightmare because when it was done it wasn't what I expected. After that I swore never to make that mistake again. I'm from Missouri now, you gotta "show me" and that's what Closet Factory did. Mark also made the process of deciding all the right options to include very easy too. He spent all the time I needed to really understand it and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that since I lost my husband a few years ago and I'm not really up on all this stuff. I also want to mention the great guys who came to do the floor (Jerry) and the 2 Installers who built the cabinetry. They did beautiful work and cleaned up nicely when they finished. I definitely recommend Mark and Closet Factory to anyone looking to upgrade their garage or any other area of their home. Mine looks great!

We are redoing our ocean front condo and really wanted to find someone who would do excellent work at a fair price. So many of the vendors we spoke with charge a lot because of our address on the ocean, or charge less because they can't do the quality of the work we want.
