We recently sold our house and missed the custom closets that were missing in our new one. We wanted to have a similar place without making giant spurlges. After looking through all of the magazines that cramped our mailbox, we called a few closet sompanies. We knew we'd found the right place when Shellie Miller knocked on the door. She was kind, confident and really knew her stuff! She said her Closet Factory training taught her to design with our budget in mind, and she really did!
We can't say enough good things about the giant drawers instead of crowding our bedroom with dressers. Such a luxury! The doors on our cabinets, shiny hanging rods, soft-close drawers, beautiful crown finishes and everything else came together perfectly! Our excellent master closet wil certainly help to sell our house in the future, but for the time being, we will enjoy the peace of perfect organization. Many thanks to Shellie and her Closet Factory team!

I was having issues finding someone reputable to give me an original entertainment centerpiece for my contemporary home. I was actually shocked when a friend recommended The Closet Factory. After an impressive trip to the showroom, I scheduled designer Shellie Miller to come and take a look at what I wanted. She was quick to respond within a couple of days and a few weeks later, it was done! Beautiful job, solid price, talented Designer. It was exactly what I was looking for. Shellie will be my go-to for all upcoming projects.

At first I wasn't sure the Closet Factory was the appropriate vendor for my project. But my mind change after I saw some work that my neighbors had done in their house. They told me that the designer was wonderful to work with. They gave me Amy Mendez's number. She was quick to respond (and if you have ever worked with contractors you will appreciate that), she sat down with us and went over our ideas for an office built in with shelves and a desk. She custom designed it according to our vision and taste. We even made an addition after the original install, without any trouble. Overall our experience with Amy and the Closet factory was superior and well worth a free initial consultation. After working with multiple contractors for other projects in our home, Amy was efficient. timely, and the work was well executed.

When we had to renovate the closets and consider an entertainment center in our new home before moving in, we knew just who to call. Shellie Miller from the Closet Factory had done a beautiful job for my wife's best friends house. Shellie came over and assessed our desires quickly, professionally, and comprehensively. A few days later, we met her in their showroom and went over every plan carefully, making changes according to what we wanted and her recommendations. Our designer Amy Mendez transformed a master BR closet for us. She worked closely with us on this project from beginning to end. The job was completed as promised and on time. Cleanup was great. The job exceeded my expectations. The customization left me with a lot more space to utilize and it is much more functional now. And to top it all off, I have no wasted space and it is pretty to look at. Job well done!

I recommend Amy Mendez to design your closet. She is very attentive and really takes your personal style into consideration. She will look at whether you gravitate towards shoes and handbags, and take your favorite pieces to highlight in the design. I felt very inspired when I saw my before and after photos. Shelli Miller took the time to get to know our style, listen to our wants and concerns and also take the time to visit our home. She provided suggestions as selections were made. Being in the renovation business, my focus is always value, price and someone who focuses on quality and timeframe . Because a previous company missed the mark more than once, I tried the closet factory and was more than pleasantly surprised. They assigned Shellie Miller to come and evaluate a project on a job in Fort Lauderdale. She was on time, on point and on the ball throughout the entire transaction. Amy earned our trust by listening to what we liked and incorporating it with her vision for our family room while using our side book cases. Shellie Miller was so helpful in designing a large functional closet for my three rambunctious sons to share. Everything went smoothly and the Closet Factory guys who installed it were very neat and professional. The system is very durable - well constructed - and should give them many years of use.
