It was a tremendous pleasure working with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. She seemed to really know how to figure out exactly what we wanted and how to custom build our closets and convert our garage into an amazing combo rec room and garage. Thank you so much Jeanne, it was great meeting and working with you.

After a horrible experience with a subcontractor, I looked on Yelp and found Shellie Miller and Closet Factory. What a nice lady, she came out and evaluated my situation, talked to me about options, budget and timing, and we scheduled everything on the spot. Problems solved! whenever I have any cabinetry or storage needs in the future I will call her and gladly pay for her professionalism and closet factories lifetime warranty.

We had a wonderful experience with Mark and the installers at Closet Factory. Our second time using these guys and it was even better than the first. We love the work and Mark was awesome. We even had the same installation team who were totally familiar with our home and completed 5 more closets and additional shelving in our garage. My wife and I give them 4 thumbs up! Amy Mendez did a fabulous job on our home office. We are super happy with the outcome. She guided us and helped us come up with a great design that fits the room and accommodates all of our things. We would definitely recommend her without a doubt.

Shelly Miller and the Closet Factory crew did a fantastic job on our 6 closets and built-in office project. Shellie's ideas were better than any others we'd seen. When things got started, they were punctual and extremely professional each and every day they were here. They even were very gracious in working around our pets and the fact that we were in the house with them during the entire installation. Every day they cleaned up after themselves and removed all their tools from our house and brought them back in on the following day. It's as if we weren't even in the middle of a home remodeling project. We hope to have them back to do our garage very soon.

A friend recommended TheCloset Factory for unique designs for interior spaces and wow. I love the professional manner in which Shellie Miller handled our needs. I am from NY and hard to please, but they have it down. So refreshing in this industry. We Highly recommend this company. Ask for Shellie, she is the best!

We just had our Murphy Bed installed in our Guest room. The final product is even more spectacular than expected! Amy Mendez was our consultant and we are so happy we got her. She was very knowledgeable and came up with a perfect design that suits our room just perfect. I will highly recommend her.

Big thanks to Amy Mendez, our designer who got us super organized in our garage. She came in and measured all of our "junk" and made sure it was going to fit in the designed custom cabinets. The man who did the floor Jerry was also professional and very neat. We are super happy with the complete outcome of our new organized garage. Thanks to Amy and her crew we are all set!

This went fantastic! We started by making contact and got a very fast response from Shellie Miller, who was knowledgable and lovely. This was followed by an estimate breaking down all elements and costs (I liked that). We met in their beautiful facility and she walked us through each area in 3D. We were off to a great start! Our Closet Factory installation team were very nice, personable guys. They were unobtrusive, attentive (we work here & have pets) and helpful with their tips and answers to questions I had. Did a great job for us and got it all done in only 3 days.

Just moved into our new home and I needed my garage floor done. Asked for a quote and Shellie Miller showed up right away and gave me a terrific "floor education." She explained the differences between what her company offered vs what others were trying to sell me. Our entire garage looks phenomenal now! So glad I hired Shellie and the Closet Factory, I highly recommend them.

Great Experience
My experience with the Closet Factory team was really good. Everyone was nice and helpful. From the photos that Sherry sent me and for what my assistant who was there for the Installation said it looks beautiful.
