The work Closet Factory did for us is just beautiful. Our designer was Mark Sidell and he was such a pleasure to work with. Mark really knows what he's doing. He made our center room a very functional office complete with a Murphy bed which gives us another bedroom for guests. The finish work is excellent and coming from the custom cabinetry business we know of what we speak. Mark also designed a perfect wardrobe in our second bedroom which also serves as much needed storage for us in our condo. Overall we have to say we are totally pleased and are actively referring Mark to everyone our building. C+J Ferro

Purchasing my entertainment center and library units was a sincere pleasure! Both came out so perfectly and it was all because of Shellie Miller's unique design sense. She came to my home and spent time discussing my expectations and evaluating my style. Being a snowbird, I spent the summer looking forward to returning to my beautiful new rooms! We had an odd area in our home by our garage that needed a builtin. We thought maybe we could turn it into a bar or something of that sort. When we met our designer Amy Mendez to create it, she gave us other ideas and options and didn't just go with our initial idea (which I am glad she did as a true designer would) She suggested building a Mudd area. I had never thought of that. The design she came up with just made sense for our needs with our kids. The install went perfect and the gentlemen we very respectful and cleaned up and overall did a great job. We are happily enjoying our new space. Big thanks to Amy for broadening our idea into a more practical one.

We renovated our house and forgot about the closets until very late in the game. Shellie Miller came and got the designs done after taking stock of all we needed to fit into each space. She was able to get us a spot on the installation schedule that was pretty darn quick! Everything went so smoothly and everyone in our family has more than enough room in each of their closets! Closet Factory and Shellie Miller are the perfect combination!

Our designer was Amy Mendez. She Made a perfect design using the space in my closet. Went out of her way to meet with me on my tight schedule. We love the way our closet came out. Amy was always available when needed and was a pleasure to work with. Great job!

Amy was a great help with the design and functionality of my bedroom and closets. They came out great and I am very pleased. She works for The Closet Factory in South Florida.

We called the Closet Factory for an estimate and Shellie Miller came out to meet with my wife and I. We were both impressed with her wealth of knowledge, explanation of the materials used and excitement at helping us improve our newly renovated master suite. My wife met with her at their showroom and consulted with me via FaceTime as Shellie went over the 3D presentation with both of us. The installation was just finished and I have to say how excited we are! It is a pefect fit in our new suite! We both want to say how impressed we were with the installer, the company and Shellie's attention to detail.

I'm so glad I went with Closet Factory for my closets, they look great I cant wait to start organizing all my things, thank you Sherry Segal for helping me choose and design the closet to fit all my needs!

We wanted to send a special Thank you to our super talented and super patient designer Amy Mendez. She worked with us in creating a unique space with multi functions for our playroom, guestroom, office combo. The end result far exceeded my expectations. We waited a while for our install, but the end result is way worth it. Thank you to the staff and especially to Amy with being so kind and patient with us (as we know we are not the easiest). I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

Shellie is an absolutely incredible designer and project manager! She is so diligent in making sure everything goes smoothly and perfect during every aspect of the post-order, pre-installation period. Having Shellie's vision and reassurance was so helpful during the entire process of having a fabulous and original entertainment center and bar created and put into our home! The Closet Factory team of guys who did our installations were very neat, considerate and diligent. Shellie (can't say enough nice things about her) always maintained close attention to detail and showed her genuine desire for everything to be perfect. She and her team at the Closet Factory are nothing short of exceptional.

Our designer Shellie Miller was great to deal with! She totally listened to our needs and provided us with wonderful ideas for our master closet and laundry/mudroom area. Honestly we were surprised and pleased with the quality of the final products. Shellie was very responsive and super easy to get in touch with.We highly recommend the Closet Factory and Shellie!

Who would have guessed you could go to a closet factory and have a custom designer come over to your house and draw up amazing plans for a custom garage conversion. But hat is exactly what we did, and having Jeanne Hessen as your designer is big head-start. She can design anything, in fact we look forward to having her back to do our home office and entertainment center. Thanks again Jeanne.
