I have always dealt with Sam and enjoy our conversations he has always been very helpful. We have been very pleased with the products we get from Associated Supply Company, Inc. They always stand behind their product.

I would highly recommend Associated Supply Company to anyone. They ship promptly and the product is excellent. What's even better than their product is my sales rep. His name is Sam he is always upbeat, friendly, helpful and such a pleasure to talk to. He always remembers your name and the needs of your business. Never met him face to face but would love to some day. Always look forward to his calls. No high pressure but he really knows his product. Great doing business with him.

Sam with Associated Supply is a wonderful sales associate and I have been working with him for years. He is polite and funny. I always enjoy his phone call to see what I need for my ink supplies. He is never pushy, but does make sure to offer me the best deal possible. He is always friendly and caring. He returns phone calls promptly and calls me with offers in a timely manner. I always ask for Fred when I contact this company because I trust him. The kind of service Fred gives is rare these days and I truly appreciate his efforts and attention.

First of all your product is perhaps just a bit to good! That said, I'm glad I gave it a try. Mary calls me religiously on schedule to see if I need another cartridge. I have reordered with her but due to being a small office your cartridge lasts us a long time. I just wanted to let you know what a great job she is doing for you and frankly, she is an asset to your company. As a matter-of-fact, give that woman a raise!! She deserves it and I will be ordering with her again as soon as I am in need.

IT IS RARE IN THESE TIMES OF FACELESS CORPORATIONS AND DISCONNECTED SALES HELP TO FIND A SALESMAN LIKE JAMES HARRISON. WHEN I THOUGHT MY PRINTER NEEDED TO BE SCRAPED, iT WAS ONLY MR.HARRISON'S KEEN UNDERSTANDING THAT SAVED THE DAY AND MY WALLET. HE LABORED FOR HOURS TO LOCATE THE SOLUTION TO THE SOFTWARE PROBLEM AND EMAILED IT TO ME IN TIME TO SAVE MY COMPANY THE TIME AND EXPENSE OF BUYING A NEW PRINTER. MORE SALES PEOPLE LIKE MR. HARRISON WOULD REALLY MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.
