The guys were very professional. Made sure they were in constant communication, even when their previous job ran over and let me know they'd be a little late. They were helpful, had no problem taking an extra item. The wardrobe they moved tipped over in the drive to my apartment, but told me about it right away and took some money off the price of the move. They were nice, honest, courteous of my apartment and belongings, and made the move painless.

They arrived early and was done in less than 2 hours. Two men moved everything while the 3rd packed and wrapped to prepare the next item to be moved. They were neat and took care of my belongings. Once I saw how they respected my things I had complete trust in them. If you have ever moved before, you know that is saying a lot. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Very professional from first contact to completion. Its a tough choice to make. But these guys did a fantastic job. I even went to meet them in person at their storefront to see if the looked as good as they sounded. Well turns out the staff was even nicer in person. This is a company that will be around for a long time if they keep up the good work.

They had an accurate online estimating tool, followed up with a detailed personal call, showed up on time (actually a little early) and did a great job with the move. Nothing was damaged and the move was as easy as it can be. Very friendly and hard-working movers! Would highly recommend.

From the moment I received my initial quote to when the guys dropped of my stuff it was a great stress free experience. The guys were able to accommodate my buildings strange rules about move ins and move outs, they disassembled and wrapped up the furniture at my move out location, and reassembled it at my new place. They were friendly, courteous and professional and I would recommend them to any one who is looking for a worry free move.

I had used you guys before with my apartment and was so pleased I called shortly after to help me with my move out of my store that I had just closed. It was a devastating time for me and it was comforting to have the help. You sent two guys and they showed up on time and were very friendly. They did a great job! Nothing was broken. Everything worked out perfectly. Made the end to a horrible ordeal more pleasant. Thanks so much.

My wife and I had most everything already boxed and packed so mostly it was very straightforward. Some furniture and some odd-sized items needed padding and protection which the driver/mover did in expert fashion. He kept track of every single item by tagging and logging them on the moving documents, which he went over with me after they loaded the truck. Before I signed the documents and made my 1/2 of the total payment he explained every aspect of what I was signing and made sure I understood why the documents said. As the driver/mover made his way across the country he kept in touch to give me progress reports regarding when we could expect him to arrive at the delivery site. He drover about 2800 miles and made excellent time. As it turned out my wife and I had a delay in our own cross-country travel plans and could not be present when the goods arrived at our new home. I provided the driver/mover with a document detailing which numbered boxes and furniture items belonged in which room of the house. Our house sitter watched over the operation as each item was placed in its proper room and she was very impressed with the crew.

I called for a few estimates and out of all of them Us Relocation Systems was the most thorough in their questioning - i.e. how many pieces of furniture, how many boxes, even if I had random things like a golf bag. The total estimate was reasonable. I was unsure of my move date and explained the situation to them and they were very accommodating. I ended up having to change my move date and there were no issues at all. When the movers (3 guys) came (on time) they were friendly and immediately got to work. They were VERY thorough wrapping up EVERYTHING... even things that probably didn't need to be wrapped were wrapped anyway. Everything was handled with care. They were as quick and efficient as one could expect. Once we got to my new place, everything was moved to where I wanted it. The guys carefully put all the furniture they had taken apart for the move back together... probably better than it was put together before! All in all, a fantastic job. No "casualties" (i.e. broken dishes, etc.). They were done in the expected timeframe and the cost was exactly as estimated. I would definitely call them again for my next move!

It's been a year so it's hard to remember the movers' names. But they were courteous and helpful. Our new place has a difficult front entry and they were patient and figured it out. In the future, please let the movers know if there are pets! One of our guys was allergic to our three cats. I feel for him.

I was selling and buying a home that was new construction. The new construction home had some delays, and Us Relocations system was flexible and was able to hold my furniture until home is done. I will hopefully be closing on the new home soon and making the next and final delivery of my furniture.

They had two entire trucks to unload by themselves and did it with a smile and with care. Not one scratch or broken item! They unwrapped and placed the items we needed, put the bed together, the dining set, and were so awesome. They really are better than any crew I have ever had in 14 moves.

The guys that came out to help me move were wonderful! They were very friendly and worked as quickly, but also carefully as they could despite the fact that it was pouring down rain and I lived up three flights of stairs. They wrapped everything so it wouldn't get wet and they didn't complain even though they were clearly getting wet themselves. I really appreciated all of their help! I wouldn't have been able to move without them. Thanks

The moving team were awesome. They arrived right on time. They were very careful with my household goods and were very efficient. My move included numerous stairs and obstacles at both locations and they took great care in ensuring that both my furniture and my walls, etc. were not damaged in the process.

We recently moved my old mother from her condo into an apartment. We had previously used Them and contacted them regarding this move. The office staff was helpful, informative and very pleasant to deal with. On the morning of the move, the movers arrived promptly and very efficiently loaded the truck. They were careful with all her belongings and even helped with a few things that they technically didn't have to help with. There was absolutely no damage to any of her belongings, which she very much appreciated. This company was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

I chose your company because it was the most responsive and easiest to understand. The process to get a quote was easier than the other companies I contacted and the quote was clear. Other companies either didn't respond to my online query, waited days before contacting me or had a confusing process for receiving a quote.

The office staff when out of their way to help me coordinate the move while I was traveling for work. I asked that someone come to my home prior to the move and they make sure that happened. The representatives that came to my home on Tuesday before my move on Thursday, inspected the furniture and prepared the team to care for my heavy items. I cannot say enough great things about the team (sorry....I am horrible with names). They arrived ahead of scheduled time and were very prepared. They took great care to ensure my furniture was handled carefully and that was not easy due to the size of some of my furniture. They were friendly, polite, and I have never seen a team work so hard. I had the same experience on Friday when they unloaded my furniture.

I Was so so satisfied by the guys who came to our houses. Very careful and quick at work. Have already told several friends to use them. I am going to be moving an organ to my brothers house and will be sure it will be done right. Thanks for your service!! I would use them again!!

Beginning with the first phone call, to obtain basic information, was very helpful. I spoke to the representative and he was so informative and very patient and understanding with me. Upon arriving at old address the drivers were professional, caring and was attentive to my needs and concerns! I would definitely call on them again if needed. From speaking with a representative from Us relocations prior to choosing a moving company, all of the way through the move itself, every person and/team member I dealt with was not only professional, but courteous, helpful, and made me feel that any request I had was no problem at all.
