The office staff was extremely flexible with last minute changes I had to make due to the closing on our home getting delayed. The movers arrived promptly as expected and got to work immediately. The crew was very courteous and professional and they took great care of our furniture as well as being cautious to not damage anything in the house we were moving out of. We are using you again this week to move us from storage to our new home. Thanks!

these guys are awesome, moved my stuff fast and without breaking anything. I would totally use them again if I ever have to move {hopefully I don't though} but with them it wasn't so bad. thanks again for the great job!!

Working with Them was a great experience - they delivered exactly as outlined - on time and on budget. Movers were professional, courteous, clean and very hard working. Can't believe what a long day they work with hardly a break. Back breaking labor and they do it all with a smile.

Great experience, start to finish. The move was easy to schedule. Movers showed up promptly/on time and were polite and respectful. They didn't drag their feet for more billable hours. They wrapped and loaded/unloaded carefully and QUICKLY. I would highly recommend using them - I'll continue to use them every time I need to move.

I just moved my mother from her home of 55 years and The guys handled everything well. Lots of antiques and collectibles and nothing broken. Polite, on time and hard working, this was our 2nd time using them and would use them again. It's good to find a mover you can trust.

The 4 movers were very professional and friendly. they moved outr apartment and storage unit out in 3 hours (would have been faster if we didn't have to wait on the elevator) We moved to our condo and had a time restriction and had to be done at 6 and they finished at 6.

The loading personnel was very professional and they did work very quickly. There was never a time that you may have felt they were "milking the clock" in the company's favor and all furniture items were wrapped well. The company handled any potential issues in a respectable manner and was very courtesy to the needs that I had. I doubt you would find a company that has better values than this one.

They showed up on time. Wrapped all the furniture up in pads and took extra time to make sure that everything was done right. They took the time to make sure that no walls were damaged and showed me damage that occurred to furniture in a POD that was loaded by another mover. They were very careful with items and did exactly what was needed. I would have them move me again.

Wow, I had a big move from start to finish. But gladly they viewed my home prior to actual move date. Thankfully it was completed in one day and under budget. The guys wrapped up all the furniture with blankets, plastic wrap and tape very well then layer floor protection at both homes. Each team member introduced themselves well and asked if I was satisfied at the end. This to me was very professional because it was very late when they finished. The last thing I would have thought they would have said other than bye

Let's just say I Hate Moving. I've had to move several different times this year due to our house be built plus selling our rental home. As a repeat client with Them, I was already familiar with their process etc... but I never took a few moments to write about our experience. These movers are so personable and almost family. I know it's a tough job and tough business. But they really do a great job with everything the home, the furniture, boxes and floors. It's really hard to decide which movers to use because if you just shop price it gets a little weird. I like the fact they visit your home before you move. So I was told upfront a realistic budget. Plus, the lady that was our estimator was so friendly. They gave us a pineapple and a few free boxes. The other movers just emailed quotes.

We have always moved ourselves, we thought we would give them a try. THEY WERE AMAZING!!!!! We are never doing it alone again. They came and were outrageously strong! They moved our 3 bedroom house in record time and drove their own moving truck for us, so I didn't even have to worry about renting a truck and turning it back in. They were polite, careful with our things, and made the moving experience better!! I will recommend this company to all my friends and family because most of all, they were reasonably priced too. I'm very happy with my choice to pick US relocation systems for my move. My real estate agent recommend this company and I'm glad they did. The team that showed up was very professional, timely and well-organized. I will definitively hire them again for any future moves.

All five movers were responsible. They moved quickly and

knew how to handle items with care. just moved from one

suburb to another, They arrived to the new house on time

and unpacked with the same quickness and neatness as they packed. They made a hard day much easier.

These guys were amazing. We hired them to move us into our new house. They took great care of our things, and even managed to get everything into the new place without scratching the new wood floors. All in all, I was impressed with every aspect of the experience.

I have used this moving company twice in the last year….Next week, it will be my third time. The owner, and his team are great! Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have moved because of horrible apartment complexes that were intolerable. Stress is my middle name. They have been patient, professional, honest and no damage was done to my belongings. Dealing with a neurotic customer is no sweat for these guys. They work quickly, are on time, and so reasonably priced, I'm not sure I could afford to move this frequently. The bonus is they actually brought tools for any assembly needed. No other budget mover has offered this service. I've tried other movers, and this company surpasses them all. Great work!

My movers were on time, friendly, quick and very helpful. I had new floor put in and had moved all of my living space into the garage ( with another company, which was a disaster) so I picked these guys to help move it all back. They called right when they left their office, gave me an eta and showed up when they said they would. They were able to move all of my stuff back into place in an hour and even helped me put my bed back together!

Had to change the arrival time the day before the move, and it was taken care of with no problem. The movers arrived on time, checked the items being moved and everything was loaded in 1 hour. ( 1 bedroom apartment) they even stopped off at the furniture store where my new sofa was ready to be picked up and loaded it free of charge. The trip was about an hour away. Everything was unloaded on the 2nd floor just over 1 and a half hours. Ended up costing me less than my original estimate. Definitely made my moving experience easy. I already had everything disassembled, and I reassembled myself also. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

This was my first time using a professional moving service, and I am a convert. I will never ask family or friends again! The peace of mind using a professional company is absolutely priceless and I have already signed up with The Professionals for my next move. They arrived on time and without issue. A lot of our boxes were not taped shot and over-packed due to running out of supplies the night before. They graciously taped them shut for us and I was amazed at how quickly they moved and how they handled all of the heavy furniture (of which there was plenty). We met them at our new apartment, a three story walk-up, and things went just as smoothly there. They set up my bed frame and removed all the shrink wrap from the mattresses and furniture. Our couch was not fitting through the back bedroom door, which was the only way to get it through to the living room. They took down that door, got the couch in place, and then put it back up...it was an incredibly efficient solution to a problem that had us stressed. Nothing was damaged during the move and they were great about assisting us with furniture placement. The cost was definitely reasonable, and cheaper than any quotes I have received since. Highly recommended!

Thoughtful and truly professional movers. I have personally moved just a few times in my life, but I've been a helping hand for friends alongside moving companies. These guys were the best that I've seen and I even gave an unsolicited compliment to the team leader within 15 minutes of him arriving. The team of 3 movers called me to ask if I was available a little bit before the start time, which I was, and they quickly went to work after reviewing the contract terms. All items were checked for any existing damage, wrapped with plastic wrap, wrapped with blankets, taped, then carried downstairs individually. They each moved twice as fast as I could, all while being extremely careful. Like the poor planner I am, I forgot I had an additional coffee table and sofa table which they happily took and fit in the truck. Absolutely nothing was a problem for them, including the disassembly and assembly of my bed frame, moving my arcade cabinet, dealing with the mirror attached to my double dresser, protecting the glass top to my coffee table, and much more. They fully set up my bedroom and living room at my new place and made sure everything was 100% to my liking once it was done. The only downside was I felt like the laziest person in the world standing around and watching while they did such intense work. They ended up being less expensive, quicker, and more thorough than my expectations. I will be using these guys for my next move, which is what matters most of all.
