Phenomenal! Is how I would sum up my experience using them. The movers were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Throughout the move they made sure furniture was being placed where and how we wanted. They knew how to breakdown and set back up every piece. Moving in itself is not an enjoyable experience, but our moving team did such a great job that we were able to smile and breathe a huge sigh of relief at the end of the day.

The guys who moved us out of our apartment and two storage units, in to our new home and put the beds together in 3.5hrs. Easily the best money I've ever spent. They were professional, prompt and careful. Made our move as easy as I could have ever dreamed. Thank you!

This is our fourth time using this moving company. They showed up on time and did everything they promised. The guys were very thorough and did a great job. They took the time to wrap our upright piano, and took great care of all our personal belongings. The guys showed up on time. They were courteous and worked very hard. They took excellent care of my piano.

They did an excellent job. They were right on time, stayed within the quoted price and were pleasant to work with. Their packing team was outstanding. They were prompt, tireless and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Moved our entire household on a Saturday morning in 3 hours! The experience was hassle free. They provided the boxes and tape at a nominal price. None of our belongings were broken. They moved the furniture to the location that we wanted and set up beds and tables. I would definitely use this company again. Great job!

My husband and I had two places that we needed them to visit and pick up items. The movers were very friendly and had a wonderful attitude. Everything was explained about the process very thoroughly. In addition we had some financial issues that got in the way of our prompt payment. They were so understanding and very willing to work with us. Highly recommended!!!!

I couldn't help my elderly mother move, so I booked a mover for her from over 500 miles away. They gave me a good estimate that they pleasantly undercut. They quickly and professionally moved everything and even my difficult to please mother was happy with the experience. I truly appreciate the courteous and professional men who took care of her.

These guys are awesome. They were a little bit late from the original time - but once they started they didn't stop until the job was done. They gave us a flat rate - no extra fees and quoted us 8 hrs to get the job done. They got it done in 7 hrs!!! We could not have been happier.

The service was great. The movers called me as they had a cancellation and were able to schedule my moving time for an earlier time. It was very convenient and they were very good. Best money I have spent all month. No more moving for me, it is so worth paying for.

Our movers did a wonderful job and they were very efficient. They were kind and funny, and they made our moving process seamless! Nothing was damaged at all. Our movers had all of the professional moving equipment necessary to make sure that all of our stuff could be moved perfectly.

The men were great. They took time to carefully wrap and load and haul my daughter’s belongings. We were both so thankful for all there great help and would definitely recommend them to friends.

This company was absolutely awful to deal with - I thought I had chose a the right company, boy was I wrong! The salesman that called me twice a day everyday became a ghost once I put the deposit down, the move ended up costing almost double than I was quoted, was told the same people that picked up would deliver (ended up being a completely different company, which is funny considering they swore they weren't a broker). I have yet to hear back from the company after several requests (guessing 10 phone calls) to speak with a manager to voice how bad of an experience I've had. Save yourselves a headache and $$$ by choosing another company. These guys will do everything they can to persuade you that they are an honest, reliable company. . .don't believe it for a minute. This industry is in severe need of federal regulation, what a bunch of scammers!!!

US Relocation Systems was recently called National relocation Solutions. If you want to pay $5,000.00 to move you goods 2 miles and storage fees for 1 and 1/2 months this is the company you need to hire. The have once again changed their names and they are the moving company from hell. Please feel free to contact me whenever you wish. I am posting this to prevent others from going through the hell that my family went through.

Very professional movers. The 2 guys came down sharp time and finished well in advance which saved money for me. They are very professional and didnt decline any request made. The packing was done by us so it helped them to move pretty fast. Came up with a truck which helps lot even though it was within the apartment complex move.

We were pretty impressed with our movers. They rescheduled us for an earlier time slot, arrived on time, and had everything done an hour before the scheduled estimated end time. They worked until they were done, and were cheerful and polite through the whole move. Would recommend to others and would use again.

This company is horrible and pulled a bait and switch with the move. They are not BBB certified and they attempted to dou ble and almost trople tge fixed priced contract on the day of the move. Stay away from these movers. They are a horrible scam. The movers were rude and unprofessional. I was told the price by the customer service representative and then the day of the move was told a completely different story. They are not a trustworthy company.

My expectations were high I have hired them multiple times, once to move appliances from a basement and several times to move entire households. I have never been disappointed. The teams have always been professional, efficient and well trained.

Not only was the company willing to work around my hectic schedule, but they also took the time to follow up on little questions/details I wanted answered and were patient with the multiple changes I needed. Even when I spoke with different individuals about my move, I felt each was aware of my situation and could easily navigate/answer all my move issues. The men that arrived for my move were extremely professional and hard working throughout. I don't think I saw them take a break once and it was a 6 hour move! GREAT EXPERIENCE. GREAT PRICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Me being the first to review this company on this site should be proof enough that they just recently began doing business! I just got off the phone with the Better Business Bureau, and this company claims it started on 09/01/2000, but the B.B.B confirmed my fears that they have really only been operating since 10/14/2015. The bureau has the 09/01/2001 start date on their company profile, but when you first register a business with them, they take your word on the startup date. It has been emphatically confirmed by the B.B.B that through their research [after my first call] that this companies real start date was October of this year! I want everyone who reads this to know that if you have been scammed / overcharged by this rogue so called moving company, and asked to pay a deposit via your credit card to schedule your move that all you need to do is call your credit card company, and request to initiate a CHARGEBACK of your funds from US Relocation Systems LLC. Your CC company will move swiftly on this. Next, go ahead and post a review of this company here, the way I have, in order to protect anyone else from being ripped off by these scammers. If you read this, and you are considering this company to conduct your move, please do not do it! Save yourself the hassle, and grief, and call a more reputable mover.



Please if there is anything I can do to help save someone from making the same mistake I did listen to this review! Terrible service and lies from the salesman Tyler James. They are quick to sell you their service and make promises they can't keep. When they get your deposit it's all over from there. Our movers were professional, courteous, and diligent. I couldn't expect any more from a moving service. They both worked hard and did a fantastic job. They took better care than my parents and in-laws would with our furniture, and that says more than you'd think. I was comfortable leaving the movers with my wife while I ran an errand.
