The estimate was a little lower than what the actual cost was which was disappointing. But once the movers were there, they were very helpful, friendly, and were always asking questions about whether certain items would be staying or going. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

scammers...be aware they are looking to take your money and no one will move your stuff. they have about 5 million different numbers and do not have a website. sounds fishy? I thought so...buyer beware

I was worried about getting everything all set-up and get to move by the date. The two movers came and they reassured me that they will take care of me. They disassembled my giant desk, moved my king size bed and my large couch from my former living space.

The movers were on time, communicated with us when they were on their way, very careful with all of our furniture, super nice and friendly, and kept us informed during the entire process. The price of the move ended up being a little more than expected (it took a little longer than we had anticipated), but I guess that's what you get when you hire high quality movers who care about whether your furniture gets damaged. Overall great experience

We made our way to my new address and I asked them to move very large and HEAVY dressers that were already in the home. They did it quickly and with no extra charge! They brought in my furniture and placed where I asked, with much care.

2 guys moved a 1 bedroom apartment within 6 hours. Our furniture and boxes were moved safely and we are satisfied. They could have used 3 movers instead of 2 but job was finished with no problem. Definitely would use them again.

Our daughter used Us Relocations Systems or her move and recommended them to us. Everyone was extremely professional, prompt and courteous. No surprises with the move, estimate or charges. I would highly recommend.

Wow! This company was great, The customer service girl Emma was fantastic with answering all my Questions and concerns. The moving crew was great as well, They showed up right on time and were very polite and careful with my belonging. I would use US Relocations Again for sure!

My movers were amazing! I am definitely a customer for life. I have a huge sleeper sofa and it was TOUGH to move. The guys worked extremely hard to get it into my apartment despite the weight and how difficult it was to move. None of my belongings were broken and the guys were very professional. They even came in under the quote they gave me!

The men that arrived to do the move were super polite, fast and very friendly. They took extreme care in taking the furniture thru the doorway, shrink-wrapped the sofa, and were very aware of drawers sliding open in the end tables and dressers. They were so quick, and the unload at the other end was just as fast and careful. I will recommend them to everyone, and will use again when the need arises. Thank you!

Moving in a city can be hard. I do not have a car and rely on public transportation, they happily allowed me to stay with the truck and my stuff so I would feel my items were safe. I also lived on the second floor and they carried many things up the stairs with a smile. Packaging my paintings and handeling them very much with care always asking if id like to check or if it was in a good place for me in the truck.

We had a problem with our original moving plans and we were looking for some alternative solution. We were lucky to find you, and you saved us that SAME DAY. Very nice team, amiable, professional, hard working and SUPER FAST. Thank you very much!

On move day, the team leader called me 30 minutes prior to let me know their ETA. Upon arrival, the movers all introduced themselves and went over their documentation regarding my move. I walked them through my home to explain the items to be moved, and they got to work! They worked efficiently and carefully, and had everything moved out in a short amount of time. Once we arrived at my new residence, they got right to work unloading everything. They took great care with moving the items in and were quick to ask me the precise location I wanted items to be placed. They were more than willing to help me get the big items set. They were friendly and professional throughout. It was a great overall experience, and I will certainly recommend them to friends/neighbors who need help with a move!

We had Them move us from our house of 43 years into a condo. What a great company to have chosen to do the work! The condo has no freight elevator, only a rather small passenger elevator. I had reservations about a few of the pieces being moved fitting into the elevator. The two young men that did the moving worked their tails off manipulating the furniture into the elevator and around a couple tight corners and into the unit. Oh to be young and strong! They did the job perfectly and at the same time maintaining their sense of humor. Everything was moved without any damage or scratches. We are not only impressed with the moving crew but also the girl in the office who was great to work with. We would strongly recommend them if you have a move in your future.

The first thing that impressed me was that someone actually answered the phone when I called to make an inquiry. Emma is very professional and she answered all my questions over the phone. There were a few follow up calls that she either initiated or responded to promptly. Second, no other companies I spoke with followed through with sending me a written estimate of their services. They said they would, but didn't. Third, Emma called me the day before the move to re-confirm. The day of the move she called to let me know the movers were on schedule. I had no doubt that they were on top of it! The movers were courteous and were careful with my belongings. Their were no "surprises" when it came time to pay my bill. My mom happened to be there and she was so impressed with them that she asked if they would do her upcoming move!

These guys were great! They actually ran the whole time! Couldn't believe it. Came in just about on estimate, but they were totally worth the money. The movers worked their butts off! I was so happy they were able to move me on a Sunday too. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Maybe I should've taken them up on coming by to see my storage units. I was quoted three hours with 2 men and 1 truck. It actually took almost 8 hours. It's not their fault. They were very professional, took great care of our home items and worked very hard to get it all done. I would definitely suggest them to anyone but prepare wisely. If they ask to send someone bring to get a quote-let them in and offer them dinner. They're really a great group of people!

Very positive movers. We had a good conversation while they were doing their job. I set an expectation to get done at a certain time and they hit it right on the money. Would definitely do business with this company again.

Us relocation Systems, where do I get started. The movers were crazy fast and were carrying heavy boxes and stuff like nothing {I wanna go to the gym with these guys}, The ladies in customer service were awesome{think the main one is Emma} . Just got my stuff unloaded and havent had one problem, thanks again for the great job!

The movers showed up at my residence right on time! We were quickly able to meet each other and get to work. The process was clearly explained to me so I knew what to expect come move day. They were also very clear how the payments would occur so I knew what to expect there too. My move was completed fairly quickly and everything went according to plan and turned out great.
