The crew showed up right on time, did a really professional job, and were very polite and friendly. They took great care when wrapping/packing/loading/unloading our furniture - in particular several antique items. Beyond that, we paid under our original. I would definitely recommend them! The Move was smooth and that was our main concern, only after the move the guys updated us with things that happen and they took care by themselves like the fact we forgot to book the a service elevator with the condo.

I needed to hire a moving company to help me move apartments and so I booked a job with them. I have two (original!) arcade-style pinball machines and these are both heavy and quite delicate, and so I was worried about moving them. The crew was terrific - they helped me move into my new condo and all of my stuff was handled with care, including the two pinball machines. I'm relieved that everything was on time, on budget and went smoothly. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I recently moved from a three bedroom apartment into a house of the same number of bedrooms and the service provided to me by US Relocations was top notch. They were extremely courteous and organized, and every detail was handled with tremendous professionalism. I have a large collection of vintage music memorabilia and everything was treated with the proper care. Nothing seemed to slow them down and they quickly packed everything up and promptly unloaded it at the new destination. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that with a good moving company you don't have to fret about a big move because everything is taken care of.

The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make our move fast and easy. I had some special requests about the packing and unloading order of my furniture, and they were happy to accommodate my wishes. Everything arrived safely and on time, all in good condition. Sales rep Leo, quoted $3200 job ended up $7200, destroyed many items in my move, customer service refused to let me speak with supervisor, movers rude

Spoke with Leo at US Relocation Systems. He quoted me the job would be $3200. Movers came to my apartment in TN on 11/10/2015- I took the day off as they were to be there between 10-2pm. They didn't show until 630pm and ended up staying until 1am! They were very slow, hardly spoke English, when I asked them not to pack my rug into boxes they refused and continued to do so. Two of the movers didn't speak English at all. After everything was loaded up at 1am, the driver told me my move was $7200!!! They had charged me for boxes and labor and tape for things I specifically asked them not to do! I, being a single mother, said there is no way I can pay that. He said they could unload the truck but that would still cost me labor and I would be out thousands of dollars and I would have to pay by cash. I tried to call customer service but they were closed. Over the course of the next two weeks I called repeatedly and was continually told my case was being worked and they would not "bother their supervisor" as she was working on it. I still to this day have not received a call back. Being that I couldn't change my shipment date as I was leaving, I continued with the move and had to get a loan. Was told my items would be at my new location in Puyallup, Wa in a week... 23 days later and lots of calls, complaints, and 4 times of them telling me it was comming in three more days... The day before they arrived they told me if I did not take off of work and be avail on their schedule it was going to cost me more. Upon arrival, they refused to set my beds back up as was on our contract, after 45mins of arguing they finally did put my beds together halfway. They left many boxes outside my home. When going through my boxes many items were broken and lots damaged with mold inside the boxes. I have complained and was told I must file a claim with the $0.60 per pound insurance that is on the contract. I feel they deliberately made my shipment take longer to get to me since I had complaints from the get go. One time I was able to get a hold of a driver and my stuff was in Maryland which is the opposite direction from TN to WA. One of the items in my shipment was a platform bed. When they took it on the original truck it was the platform intact and they just took the legs off. Upon arrival the platform was literally cut in half.. screw cut and stuck inside the wood! the platform top carpet was ripped off and screws and nails were sticking out all over. The delivery driver actually got cut on one of these nails! I have never had a move where me or my items were mistreated to this extent.

My two children and I were forced to sleep on the floor for weeks as they kept telling me my stuff would be there in three days.

Both my movers were very polite. They did whatever I asked concerning where I wanted my items put, They struggled to get a large cabinet in my basement and we were not sure that it would fit but They finagled it perfectly. Thank you for such great team members. My experience with you guys was a and I will always call you first because I was so completely satisfied with your work. The guys went above and beyond the call of duty. When we couldn't get the shuffleboard table around a corner, they came up with the idea to take it through the window and it worked! We were so pleased. They also put the table together for us which I wasn't expecting. They were great! Thank you.

There's no damage to my stuff except a couple screws were loosened a little bit or lost but that's understandable due to moving and travelling. Overall, the men did a great job. From 1 to 10 I gave them 11. I definitely hire your moving company again in the future. Great job.

The four movers I had to help me move were awesome. They were very friendly. When we arrived to our new house, it was too hard to bring the truck down in my driveway. They decided they would walk everything down the driveway and then go through the sliding glass door that required even more of a slope. These guys are the super heroes of moving. The team is dedicated and very good with critical thinking skills and communication. Thanks guys, job well done!

If you choose to go with them, learn these dos and don'ts. This is what I learnt after hiring US Relocation Systems to do a full service move



1. When you talk to them to book, they will talk about their reviews in BBB and some other nameless site. I believed it and paid the price, so that you won't. They are not BBB accredited, which they say is not needed because you need to pay to get accreditation, but refer to BBB website for yourself to understand what that accreditation means.

2. If they are rude about getting money first before unloading stuff from the truck (irrespective of whether you tell them that you have the check and you live at that place and not going anywhere), please expect that. That is normal behavior and is as per their policy.

3. Expect to pay more money during delivery as they deliver using a 18-wheeler. If you live in an apartment complex, get that quoted and measure the distance between your parking lot and your home entrance. Count the number of steps in your one flight of stairs. They care more about that than your household items.

4. Do not give any valuables with them. I think my $500 XBOX is safe with someone else now. Losing and misplacing items happens during moves, but it is very weird when just the expensive items gets missed and all other cheap items make it without issues.

5. Buy extra insurance and not the Federal Law minimum of $0.60 per lb that they provide.

6. If any of your stuff gets lost or stolen, they will ask you to file a claim. And be prepared to go through a lengthy painful long drawn out process mailing (not emailing) in photos, where you might have to wait 1 to 2 month to know how much you will be insulted at $0.60 a lb. Also, when you send the claim form, don't think it is the day the post office says it was delivered. It is based on the date the mail reached the claims desk. In my case, my USPS tracking says it was delivered on Jan 11 while it reached the claims desk on Jan 18th. So I should expect a response from them between Feb 18th and Mar 18th.

7. Expect stuff to be broken, irrespective of how well they packed your furniture.

8. If you are moving when the weather is rain/snow between pickup and delivery, expect water damage. A few boxes of mine were wet. My entertainment center wrapped completely in blankets and plastic wrap had condensation in them. The best part was the mattress which was literally dripping water

9. When they put things back together, ensure that you watch them. The genius who came to put together our bed didn't tell us that none of the hardware was put in place. My bed was literally put in place with no screws. I found that accidentally when my sturdy bed was creaky and was wobbly. Not only did they lose it, they didn't tell us that it was missing.



Your experience may vary as issues can occur anywhere Packing/Loading, Storing, Moving and Delivery/Unpacking.

Run from these guys. Scammers to the max. Pay attention to the 1 star reviews as they are all true. They're sugary sweet to your face until they show up, pack your stuff, promise to have it at your destination in (x) days and get your $500 deposit. I spoke to the senior dispatch director Luke Bryant on a move to TX from CO in mid-December 2015. I was promised at 12/14 "latest case scenario" date. The date came and went and nothing. I tracked them down through customer service who then promised a delivery date the following week: repeat of the same situation. Now, nearly 6 weeks later I still have nothing, and each time I call, where I speak to someone named Mary, I get the same song and dance of "it'll be here within the next week, by next weekend, etc." Most recently I was told it was in a warehouse in Ohio and they're unsure of when it will be here. Do your research and do NOT believe the good reviews as they're copy/pasted from other moving sites. Also, they have 5 unanswered BBB complaints in the month of December 2015 alone. PICK SOMEONE ELSE.

my moving crew was four guys (as I was hoping to make the move quick and efficient and had a small time frame to work in). They showed up on time, and completed the move just under the lower end of the estimate! I was thrilled!! they were extremely helpful and took the time to ensure everything was wrapped and handled with care. I would definitely use them again.

From the beginning the office staff was prompt and professional in returning call and explaining estimated cost. They were steady, non-stop, and non-hurried with my belongings which gave me trust in their handling my furnishings. They did a great job, in good time, removing items from a lg storage rm and only packing certain items and returning the rest back to storage in an organized way. Had such a wonderful experience with them that I have been telling all my friends and family. From beginning to the end of my move, I was treated with respect and friendliness. This was an extremely stressful move for me. Everything was done perfectly - organized and well taken care of. I needed everything just moved to my new garage and the two gentlemen stacked everything safely and securely. Even with all my things, I am now still able to park on the other half of my garage - which is wonderful in the winter. Also, the wonderful woman on the phone worked me in on short notice - saved me from a terrible deadline to get out of my house. The two gentlemen that did the moving were the BEST. Thank you!!

Overall the wife and I were totally satisfied with the moving experience. They were very professional and did the moving as if they were moving into their own homes. My movers were excellent and I tipped them. In the future, I think that customers should be given the option to be able to add the mover's tip to the bill. I say this because I only had a check to give them for a tip and I didn't have cash on me. Checks are antiquated in my opinion. Overall, I was pleased with the service from planning to implementation.
