Riley M. treated our house and yard. He did an exemplary job, but not only that, he was courteous, congenial, respectful, and an excellent representative of your company. Definitely a keeper! Michael C.

Raymon Mata treated our house and yard today. He was very polite and professional. He carried out his duties quickly and efficiently. Definitely an asset to your company. On top of that he is a Texans fan!

Brain Hart came out. and treated my house and yard. He was very professional and polite. I'm impressed.

I am so happy that I made the decision to switch to Alterra. Riley M. came and serviced my lawn for the first time, and he was so helpful in answering any and all of my one thousand questions. Most importantly he made me feel comfortable to have my kids around, and was so understanding to my need to feel safe when someone new entered my home! I would absolutely refer him and Alterra to my neighbors and friends!

I am very impressed with Alterra so far. First, Seko F. came out and explained the treatment, payment, and warranty and we were sold. Then today, Sean C. came out for the first treatment and he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He listened to my concerns and assured me he would take care of the problem areas in my yard and near the garage!

Violet J. - Today was our first treatment from Alterra. Sean C. was amazing. He was courteous, professional, and punctual! He explained about the warranties and call backs. He reminded us of all of the things Eric C. had discussed with us and then went right to work. I am very happy we chose to go with Alterra for our pest control!

Susan B. Jack Burgess was not only on time but a few minutes early. He was very thorough with the paperwork and was diligent about his work. Very pleasant, well mannered young man.

Today was my first treatment. Jack Burgess was great with explaining the services before he began. He asked me what pest that I seen around the house. He was very professional . He cover our whole property inside and out. Thanks Jack!!!!

We switched to Alterra for pest management ... As with anything new, I had concerns about getting the new service in place. This morning when our service pro, Riley M., showed up, he immediately put my concerns at ease. He was professional, friendly, and in tune with what we needed from him. Making the change to Alterra was a good and easy move.

V. Brown and Riley M. came to my home today promptly and efficiently treated my lawn and exterior of my home. Their professional attitude and courteous manners made me glad I chose Alterra!

Tanner provided my first pest control service today . He is professional , very informative, and arrived early. I can only hope this type of service will continue for years to come. Thank you Tom S.

Had my initial Service done. Joey was excellent. He along with another tech Raymon did a wondeful job. Joey was so thorough in explaining the things and helped find entry points for the pests. Would definitely recommend to friends. Both of them took care of everything thoroughly.

We have been using this Alterra for years and have not had an issue with pests inside or out. When Miguel asked today if we need an inside spray, i had to think... their product is so good we hadnt needed an inside spray on a regular basis. Miguel R was professional, courteous, accommodating, quick and quiet. Tory O.

Had my first pest treatment yesterday with Riley M. He was very nice and understanding when I told him that I would prefer the back yard not be done today because we had children swimming in the pool. I switched from a different company to Alterra because I get more for the money with them. H
