Colby Booker showed up on time and did a great job. He answered all my questions and did a thorough job.

Joey Gary came out to my home, arriving right on time (didn't even give me a window, but an exact time he would be at my home which was great). He was so thorough and detailed. He made sure that my 9 week old would be safe… as well as my dog. :) He explained everything (products used, treated areas, etc.) to me as well as instructions for keep up. Kirk & Reuben were also extremely helpful during this visit. Thank you all for a showing me that my decision to switch pest control companies was a good one!

Kevin Stubblefield is by far the best technician that we had dealt with at Alterra. Kevin is always pleasant, explains what problems we may be having, how he is resolving the problems, and what we can do to avoid problems in the future.

Kenneth Baughman showed up on time and with a smile! He explained exactly what was involved in my service and went above and beyond to answer questions. Kenneth even let my 3 year old show him where she saw ants! He took his time with the treatment and I really feel like we were missing out having been using a different company for the past 4 years. As a stay-at-home mom I'm very particular about who I let into my house. John Chaimbers and Kenneth Boughman did a great job. I felt really at ease and they answered all my questions and took their time inspecting and spraying my property. Tanner (who came out before) and them really seemed to care about my kid's and pet's health and safety too, which is important to me. They were extremely knowledgeable and were even able to tell me the type of ants I had in my yard and about their pesky habits. I will definitely recommend them to friends.
