James Powell came for our quarterly pest control and I was very pleased with the excellent customer service. He took time to talk with me about the issues we were having and explained what he would do to take care of it. He was very friendly and professional. Please send him from now on!

John Block and Matt Sedlock are the best! I had used another bug company for years and thought they did a good job, but WOW am so happy I decided to give Alterra a try. All natural products and they work! Their attention to detail, politeness and timeliness can't be beat!

We just had our second quarterly visit, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. Our service pro, John B., was excellent. He was courteous and friendly the entire time he was here. He engaged our young kids throughout his visit. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and informed with the service.

He also took the the time to figure out why I was not being notifiied and corrected a clerical error in my email address. You are lucky to have him representing your company.

Jacqulyn R. My husband and i have had two really great experiences with Alterra. The first person who came out to our house was Brandon M. He walked us though everything and was very informative. The second time John B. came at 8PM on a Saturday and was the nicest person and took care of our house even though it was so late and a Saturday. He went over with us everything he was going to do. Overall we have had nothing but great experiences with Alterra.
