James Powell was on time, explained exactly what methods he was going to use to combat our pest problem and was also very professional.

James Powell was very professional and polite with his service visit. He understood the reason for the recall to do the pest control spray inside. Put the control devices for the pest after spraying and explained how that will eliminate the critters from showing up.

Our service professional, Casey, was very attentive and courteous. She listened to our past issues and made sure those issues were addressed promptly.

Trevor Hicks just came out for my quarterly. I explained some of the issues we were having and he made sure to address them. He was very professional and friendly. I really appreciate him listening and then addressing our problems!

James Powell has done an amazing job for us, as usual. Always thorough in his work, our pest problem has disappeared. Nice and attentive, he makes sure to check ever facet, inside, around the house, and in the yard.

James Powell was very friendly and professional. He came to spray the outside of my home and I told him of some issues we where having on the inside. He not only sprayed the entire perimeter of the house, but also came inside to spray the inside. If you get your home sprayed asked for James Powell, you wont be disappointed!

Raymon Mata did an execellent and through job while at our home. he is always very nice and takes extra care to keep the house clean if treatment needs to occur inside. I have recommended Alterra to all of my neighbors. One of the best things is they treat the entire yard! Not just the 10ft. that most companies provide.

Mickiela Wiley was thorough and thoughtful in her explanations. She asked about past and recent issues and also gave me a useful 'heads up' about keeping the family dog away from treated areas. That's something I wouldn't have known to do.

James Powell did an excellent job making sure my house was well taken care of during a very rainy and busy day. Alterra has done a great job with follow up, especially with a sugar ant problem we were having. Thank you!

Alterra came out for the quarterly service today. Before anything was done, the service rep, James Powell, inquired about our recent pest needs and made sure that those were addressed before his regular routine. He did a great job.

My next door neighbor was raving to me about the Alterra service technician who has been relentless in getting her pantry moth problems under control, and then luckily he showed up at my next quarterly service appt. His name is John Block, and he was indeed the most professional, courteous and thorough tech I've had with ANY company! Even my chihuahua liked him, and he doesn't like strangers at all:-) John addressed all my concerns and took extra care in the areas I specifically mentioned. James Powell just finished my pest control service this afternoon. I was very well pleased with his work. He took care of all my concerns and did an outstanding job.
