Everyone in the office was pleasant and extremely helpful. On another note, the tow truck driver who picked up my vehicle was rude and unprofessional. He threw paperwork and refused to tow vehicle in front of customers at the shop my vehicle was at. Only after calling back three times did he come back and do the job.

All of the staff I talked to were curtious, friendly and helpful. They were on time picking up my vehicle and assisted me with verifying my personal belongings had been removed. They even were able to remove my wife's CD's from the car even though the battery was dead. I would highly recommend these guys

They came and picked up my wrecked car on the day and time I was informed they would do so. The whole process was easy and efficient. I would certainly reccomend these guys to anyone.

Everything went very well. All that I spoke with were very courteous. Tow truck service was exceptional. Agent that came to site was great. Overall experience was good and would recommend them to others.

This was certainly my first time needing a salvage service and I have to say these folks made it a smooth one for sure. From the quote to the pickup of the vehicle, I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

I was given a quote over the phone that was higher than other salvage companies. The tow truck driver worked within my time schedule. Everything was as promised with no hassles at all. I hope I do not have to use a salvage company in the future, but if I do, I will use this service again.

Service was great! I got a good quote for my non working car. Free towing was a major plus! I was given a check at pick up written for the same amount that was promised and the contracted towing company was great and on time!

I was truly amazed how quickly they give me a quote that was better than what I received earlier. They made it so easy and fast with the whole sale.

Pretty bad service took 10 minutes for the make and modle then took 5 mins to tell the person again the make and modle and address then put on hold to go through it all over again and then another transfer to say it again and then took 10 mins for the guy to find my address and couldn't find it they dont know how to listen when u spell the address 5times and they still got it wrong then the tow truck drive knew zero English

Very good experience with this company. They really eliminated all the hassles that sometimes arise during auto sales. One minor hiccup but nothing that would keep me from coming back again in the future.

The overall experience was good except the tow truck driver was supposed to give me $75 and didn't have the correct change so I only received $72 and some change. If I had to use this service again I would.

Yes it's real business like junk a car call it . People I spoke with are professionals and they act like they sound on the phone. Keep it up will recommend junk a car to anybody anytime

Process was super easy, no surprises. Called in on a Tuesday, negotiated a price (which was significantly higher than other local salvage yards were offering), and had a pick up scheduled by the end of a 15 minute phone call. The tow truck was about 20 minutes late due to him plugging in the wrong street name (something I had clarified twice on the phone with him prior to the pickup time), and while it is my only complaint it was really a minor inconvenience. He arrived, I handed him the title, he handed me the check for the exact amount that was agreed upon over the phone, and he had my old car on the truck within five minutes of arriving. All in all a very pleasant, easy experience; I'll definitely keep Junk-A-Car in mind in the future.

I had great service with them. Rusty's did great on picking up car in a timely manner. I would use them again.

I wrote info in website next day called me a made an offer we negotiated, 2 days later at my convenience they picked up the car and had my check as promise. Good service and customer service. Very happy
