I was appreciative that they helped me salvage our car that broke down in a different state even long-distance.

I should have read these reviews before calling these POS losers. The website states no title no problem. HA! Yeah right. The first guy asked for my information asked if I had title I said no he asked if I have registration I said yes. He said he would transfer me to someone in my area. I waited then a man answers and says with the title I can give you 130.00 otherwise call a junk yard this is a salvage yard. I said well why does the website state no title no problem and his response was to just hang up on me. VERY RUDE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They made it quick and painless. One phone call, and I was set up with an appointment for pickup of my car who's brakes weren't working anymore.

I was very happy after using Rusty's services. They made it so easy and I was paid $1,000 for the salvaged car. I would absolutely use this service again.

Rusty's service team proved to be very professional in the way they conduct their business. It is very obvious that these guys have the experience and know how to get the job done effiiciently and without hassle. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were super to work with. I grenaded my 2000 Taurus and looked at salvage yards around the Madison area. One offered to come get but not pay me anything...too rusty, too old, too many miles. Made a phone call here, got price I was good with and two days later, on time, a flat bed showed up. Driver was clean cut, courteous and had the check in hand. I would not hesitate at all to use them again.

Very easy to deal with Rusty's. Returned call quickly with the quote and handled the pickup of the car. The car was located in another part of the state from where I live and they handled everything. If you need to junk a car, call Rusty's.

Very easy, smooth transaction. Tow truck driver arrived with check in hand. Nick was great, got us a good deal. Vanessa was quick to answer questions and even sent pictures to make sure the title we properly filled out. Awesome company to deal with.

Too Easy. Called for a quote, and it was the best offer out of all our inquiries. Set the appointment, and they were on time. Received our payment at time of pickup. Brilliant. I wish all business transactions were as fast and easy.

This place must be a joke. I called for a quote on a running 2000 vehicle. I was told "I don't want to offend you but prices are going really low". I said that's ok go ahead. He said "$10.00" I said have a nice day.

Lady that arranged the pick up gave me wrong time,I waited all day and gave me attitude when I called about the service even hung up the phone after telling me I will just have to wait,this same woman quoted the wrong price for my car and I only found this out after waiting all day.And when I called to complain the management basically dismissed it all as sorry this does not usually happen thank you for your car goodbye. I will never do business there again too nasty and rude.

This was the first time I used Rusty's, and the gentleman that came to the house was very polite and did the job quickly. The only thing that bothered me was that they were supposed to call an hour before they arrived for the pick up, and I was on my way out the door to a doctor appointment, when I heard a truck in my driveway. I had to reschedule my doctors appointment, because no one called for the one-hour time frame that they were supposed to do. Although I did not get much money for my vehicle, the towing services were very pleasant.

The quote process and the arrangement to pick up my vehicle went quickly and smoothly, and we were offered a reasonable price. The only issue we had was the tow driver did not arrive until one and a half hours after our given 4 hour window, and there was no contact from the driver the entire wait. I finally had to call them to figure out what was going on. We also were waiting for him at a dealership 2 hours from home, given our car broke down in another city. I can completely understand the multiple reasons a driver could be late, but we never even received an apology.

Would give a negative 10 stars if I could! What a bunch of LOSERS!! I told them the make , model and year of my car and asked for a quote. The jerk of a rep pretended to start asking me what kind of car and not so discreetly put me on hold in mid-question! I, like a fool, waited 10 minutes. The JERK SUPREME never came back on the line!! Do not reward these unprofessional boobs with your business!!! Oh and PS...the hold music is nauseating...truly!!!

This is the first time I have used Rusty's. The process was smooth and without interruption. I am very pleased and will be sure to recommend them to my friends.
