At first I thought the process was a little sketchy since I was redirected around 3 times to different callers and waiting to be called back, but after that the process was smooth with no problems! The guy who came to take my car away was both professional and nice and I'd use this service again if I need to.

Sold my 2001 Pontiac Sunfire to them just last week. Car had over 160,000 miles, slight rust, and needed $900 worth of repairs. In short it was worthless. They were quick with their reply and came to my apartment to pick up the car when I was available. I was pleased with the service.

I had no idea how to get rid of my car after it was totaled in an accident. Rusty's took care of it in one call and paid me more than I was expecting. They were very accommodating when I had to make a last minute schedule change for the pick up. I now know exactly what to do the next time I have to dispose of a car. I'll call Rusty's!

I just had a great experience with Junk-A-Car. I completed the from online and within minutes a representative called me. I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger and asked that he call in a few days, which he did promptly and professionally. I also could not give them a 4 hour window for pick up since I work from 7-3:30, so they conference called me in with the towing company so we could coordinate the pick up. Then I forgot my I-pass transponder, called the yard and got a very helpful Erica to assist me. She called me back 10 minutes later to advise me that my transponder was on her desk and could be picked up. All companies could learn a little about customer service from Junk-A-Car.

Bull crap! I called a number of times and every time I would stay on hold for 10 minutes or longer just to get hung up on! That's not a good way to conduct business!!!

Fast & curteous. The car was picked up 2 hours after the initial phone call! Payment right on the spot, i would 100% recomend this service
