I had an awesome experience selling my Jeep to this dealer. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a vehicle for sale. They are very professional and just plain nice people. The tow company was Sandy's and the driver Steve was very professional too. The ladies in NY who originally called me back when I entered an email inquiry were incredibly nice too. Sold an old car to Rusty's Auto Salvage. They offered the most of any of the 5 Utah companies I got quotes from. They let me schedule the pick up time, and came exactly as scheduled. Easy, and friendly. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I just sold a car to Rusty's Auto Salvage. I notified three other companies on the web and got slower responses and much less activity from them. Rusty's matched all the bids and provided the towing in a quicker and most accurate timing and excellent communications with me pending and after the arrival. I plan to do future business with them due to their excellent customer service.

Tranny went out on vehicle, searched the web for auto dealers. Found Rusty's, filled out the form and within minutes received a call. Couple days later I have a check and kiss the vehicle goodbye. Friendly and fast. It helped ease the pain of my loss of vehicle.

Called and was on hold for 15 min, I was asked a bunch of questions such as zip, name, if the car titke is on my name, I told her the year and the make the first thing when I got connected. After all the questions, she asked the year and make, and u was told they can't buy that car. Didn't even ask how many miles was in it. This car is 1998. Was hang up during the middle of conversation. I know you can't expect A+ service but wow just wow

From go everything went smoothly. I original called the day before and alike with a rep, she was very helpful. They made me an offer and I countered and it was approved. They needed my vin# so I called them back the next day. Ask the information was there and I actually got to speak with the original rep that initially helped me. I have them vs a little more info, was connected with a local towing service and set the pick-up time. I definitely will use them again and would refer them confidently to my friends.
