The grounds and units are very clean. The staff makes you feel like a member of their family!

During the process of moving I needed to find a storage facility and after calling about 5 places I thought I would go meet Terry at the Hopper Ave site. She was super helpful and she was enjoying showing me around and explaining everything in detail. The unit I picked is the perfect size, clean, well lit easy to open and close. The hours are great for stopping by to pick up something I might need or drop off additional items until i locate my next residence. Moving is no fun but it is nice to have a secure storage unit, almost my like my own personal bank vault with security cameras and an electric gate.

And Terry! she is just awesome! so sweet to talk to and do business with. I will hate to leave there when the time comes.

Definitely the place to go if you have to store something.

You have to use this place it's the best. Not only are the grounds clean it's so friendly. Birds in the fountain with the little rubber ducks just makes you smile when you drive in to your unit. Judith & Tracy are so nice and willing to help in anyway they can, I feel like family eachtime I stop by. This is my second stay with them, I had a unit about 5 years ago and now here I am back again nother's changed they are just as wonderful as before. I wouln't go any where else. Security Public Storage on Hopper Avenue, Santa Rosa, is a friendly, family-managed facility. Tenants are greeted cheerfully by Tracey and Judy, who are always ready to help with questions or problems. Knowing that I wanted a larger unit by the end of one month, they let me know when one became available. When I moved from the small one to the larger one, they loaned me a dolly. One night my door was stuck; even though it was after office hours, Tracey came out to help me. I wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a clean, convenient storage unit.

My experience with Security Public Storage on Hopper Avenue started off on a very positive foot. My moving date was sooner than expected and I was scrambling to find a storage place. Security was one of the places in the area I needed that was referred to me. They were the ONLY place that had an actual employee answering the phone instead of a machine. Judy was very kind and helpful regarding my situation. She even offered to stay later to meet up with me on my arrival into town that evening. Unfortunately I had to come in the next day, but I was greeted by Judy & her daughter Tracy with warmth and wonderful customer service. They had the size I needed and I was quickly able to move in my things. The facility is clean, in good condition, and the management is very helpful. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Jury & Tracy! (By the way... I never heard back from the other places I left messages at! Just goes to show, call SECURITY instead.)

It's actually fun to go to my storage unit! The facility is neat and clean, there are rubber duckies in the fountain, and Tracy and Judy help with everything.

All-around great place: safe neighborhood, variety of choices, and well-maintained, intact & clean unit. The office staff / management is knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. The paperwork was clear so that it's easy to follow through with the payments.

Security PS is in the second cluster of storage unit locations in Santa Rosa. Don't store anywhere on Santa Rosa Ave---Roseland even though the prices are slightly lower. Those units are easy to break into and I personally know people who have had things stolen from their units.



So if you're going to go with a nicer and more secure storage service, you're smart to look at the hopper locations. I recommend Security Public Storage because Public Storage and Hopper Storage are not responsive and "checked out". While there are some things you can do to differentiate your storage as a "product" the main thing that differentiates storage unit companies is SERVICE and Security PS has the best service.



They called us back right away, were flexible on when our contract date started and are just super nice all around. It's a franchise arrangement with a "mom and pop" feel—though in this case it's a mother-daughter operation.



Also, I know for a fact that one of those big ABF Upack trailers fits in there.

Security Public Storage in Santa Rosa is a GREAT place for storage. I have been dealing with the managers of this storage facility, Judy Freitas and Tracy Van Eck, for many years and they both are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive through all the years. The storage facility is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Security Public Storage in Santa Rosa.

I have used Security Public Storage many times over the last 20 years, and would never consider going anywhere else. The facility and units are spotless. Units are built a step up to avoid rain damage. Security codes and alarm systems, and the fact that there are limited hours of entry, assure me that my personal items are safe. The staff are professional and friendly. They really care about you and your belongings.

Friendly Management, Clean facility ,people very nice and helpful, good prices.

In addtion, Security Public Storage is one of only two public storage listings in yp.com for Santa Rosa that has any reviews at all.



You're going to have to be smarter than that if you want your bogus reviews to pass the stink test.

We happened upon this storage business and have been very pleased with the helpfulness and kindness of Judy and her daughter Tracy, who run the business. The location is convenient and the grounds are nicely kept up. We would recommend these folks highly!

I picked this facility because it was close to my house. Judy and her daughter Tracy were friendly and very helpful. I appreciate the fact that there is a security system to keep my daughters belongings safe. The location is very well lite and easy to enter and leave without any problems. I feel these days it is hard to find "nice" people but this is the place to go if you want genuine customer service.

I have never had to rent a public storage unit before and this can be a difficult task. Want to feel at home and like you are a part of the family? Then I have the answer for you! Go to Security Public Storage @ 1021 Hopper Ave, Santa Rosa, CA., they are the BEST in my book. I was treated with great respect and a world of kindness at this storage facility. Every time I return to the facility whether it is to put something else in my storage unit, take something out or just simply go make my monthly payment it is always a pleasure. Tracy, her mother and everyone else is so kind and helpful that it always brings a smile to my face just to go there and speak with them.
