Friendly service and great location right off of 101. Clean facility. Needed a storage unit quickly as we are moving into the area, and they pulled through for us. Thank you Terry & Jessie!

Staff is very friendly and facility is clean.

Open 7 days a week 7 am to 7 pm is a plus. They make sure to verify your ID if you drive in behind another car without entering your gate code(happened to me twice). So the security is pretty good. Always friendly, good communication. They do walk-throughs to make sure your unit is secure and locked properly. They let me know when I hadn't locked mine properly one time. I like the place.

Staff is amazing. It's a head ache to need storage but they definitely make it easier. Prices are good and they are flexible. Facility is clean and well kept

Teri and Jesse I’ve been such a great help. They even know my name when I arrive on site. Security Public Storage is a great place to store my household goods!

If I could give 10 stars I would ... I always have fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable customer service !!! Just outstanding... it is really hard to find a business that treats you like they really want to help you out let alone knowledge and great customer service! That is really hard to find!!! I have recommended people to this storage place for security, and knowing they are going to be treated with great customer service! Keep up the great work it really makes a persons day!

This storage facility is modern, clean, safe, and well maintained. I used other 4 storage facilities in the past in Santa Rosa and I haven’t far had the best experience. I’m only leaving this facility due to relocation, but otherwise I’d happily stay as long as needed. I’d happily give more than 5* on this review due to the amazing and friendly customer service.

I’ve had a unit at SPS for almost a year and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The initial process was straight-forward, maybe 20 minutes or so in the office to set up billing and learn the policies. Since then I haven’t had any issues or security concerns. The things I am storing are safe and clean, and when you live in an area with so many recent wildfires, that peace of mind is hugely helpful.

Have had a few storage units between moves and this one has been my favorite . The staff took the time to show me a few units and options before I made a choice and it was quick and easy to sign up.

The location is easy to get to and the property is secure and safe and clean as is my storage unit . They have a good selection of boxes , tapes , and locks for sale on site at great prices .

Very satisfied with this business and the staff is helpful in person and over the phone .

Terry took the time to find the right storage solution for us, answered questions, and made the process super easy. Security is great and the facility is very clean. And if none of that moves you, how about the beautiful mural they added to really brighten up the area?

I moved to Seattle earlier this year, and left my stuff in Santa Rosa until I can get it. I feel really happy that it is stored here, that the place is clean, secure, and protected. Thanks guys/gals!

Security Public Storage is awesome, tidy and clean. The staff is really friendly and very helpful and eager to make sure I get the right unit to fit my budget and needs. 😊

This is a nice business and I do really like the people who manage the property locally, but I do have qualms with the corporate management. After a year of storage, they increased my rent per month which I found to be very frustrating. When I asked for a discount due to my unemployment as a result of Covid they denied my request. As a national business I found this pretty disheartening.

Haven't had much time to really know what the facility is like, haven't made my move yet, but I am optimistic it will be a positive storage experience. Customer service was very friendly and explained things clearly, very personable. I'm hoping I can continue to write good reviews as long as I'm using this storage space.

Terry and Jessie have been very good to me over the years. I have recommended the facility whenever anyone asks.
