I recently had to move and came into SPS. Terry greeted me with her beautiful smile and quickly helped me find a unit that fitted me. She was so nice. She showed me the unit and she even swept it out really good. I was really stressed out about moving, but SPS made it so easy for me. I would deffinitly use them again thanks to terry :) .

Tracy and Terry are the best! This is the second time I've rented a unit from them and honestly, they just keep getting better and better in their customer service. I cancelled with another facility when a unit became available with them, as I feel so well taken care of under their management!

I moved to Santa Rosa recently. Terry was friendly, kind and professional as was one other person who I dealt with when paying my bill last month. The unit was secure, clean and dry. The grounds are well kept with many personal touches that make it the most welcoming experience I have ever had when placing my things in storage. I was lucky to secure a space at Security Public Storage as they seem to run very full. It seems as though attention to detail and great customer service make a huge difference in the turn over of units at this business.

From the time I walked in the door at Security Public Storage, on Hopper Ave in Santa Rosa, there was a friendly ambiance of knowledge and professionalism. I have been using Security Public Storage for four years now, Tracy and Terry have always been courteous, helpful, and professional. I enjoy going in and chatting with them while I wait for my receipt. They go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. The most friendly helpful staff you will find anywhere. A nice clean facilty, almost feels like a park when you drive in. I recommend this storage facility to any body in the Santa Rosa area.

We have used this facility for close to 20 years. The family who operate this site take a true interest in their clients and their storage requirements. Our personal property could not be placed in finer care than at Security Public Storage here on Hopper. The property is well-maintained and very clean..the staff is friendly, competent & very ethical... true gems in the community. A true pleasure to know and to use this facility. You should try them, too!

I have had the occasion to use several storage businesses over the years. I have dealt with managers and office personnel in Vallejo, Petaluma, Santa Rosa, and once for a short time in the East Bay. I have seldom met such friendly, helpful managers as I have found here at Security Public Storage in both Terry and her sister Tracy. Besides the excellent customer service, the property itself is very clean and secure. The easy access to the 101 freeway is also a plus. If you are looking for a good storage experience, I suggest you will have no trouble finding it here!

This will be your best experience at a rental storage place. The two ladys (Terry & Tracy) that manage do their very best to make sure you get the right space for the best price! They are very helpful in every way. The units are clean and easy access.

This is one of the best storage places around. It is a clean well kept up place and the the two gals the run it are some of the finest people you ever meet. They do all they can to make sure you get the right size unit for the right price. The place just got painted and looks like a new establishment.

This is a terrific location. They take such pride in helping every customer with anything, often well above their required duties. Always clean, quiet, safe and secure...

The only warning I have for You is to be careful at the entrance. Kind of tight. At rush hour the city street is Hectic . Scary sometimes..When a moving truck is envolved...

I have had a storage unit at Security Public Storage since 1997. It was Tracy's first year there. Fast forward seventeen years and I am still a satisfied customer. The facility is clean and well-managed . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Security Public Storage .

I needed to find a secure and safe storage unit for my household items. After looking at several storage places, I decided on Secuity Storage. Terry helped me with what size I needed and answered all the questions I had. They care about their customers. I like the amount of Secuity cameras on site, the gate and their pest control.

This is the 2nd time I've used this storage facility. Returned because of the caring people who run the place....especially Tracy, a friendly and helpful person who asked me the right questions and took a fair amount of her time with me to make sure I didn't rent a unit that was too large or too small. How rare is that....when someone who has something to sell REALLY cares that you get the product that is right for you....??? The facility is always clean, cheerful, and professionally run. And "Security" storage is actually more secure than any of the others I've seen in Santa Rosa. Staff lives on site, as an extra security measure. If you care about the stuff you store, this is the place to store your stuff.
