Terri is amazing, she is so helpful and actually cares about the customers and you can tell just about people in general. She is always finding ways to help and make things work rather than explaining what she "can't do" or "isn't allowed" to do. It is so rare to find someone in customer service with actual "customer service skills." Also she is genuine and has brightened my day a few times. She is not afraid to laugh and joke around with customers but still is capable of knowing how to act professional. Thank you Terrt for uour help and a hood laugh or two. She is the kind of employee businesses should want to hire and have working for them.

This facility is top notch. I highly recommend it to everyone. The prices are good, the facility is very clean, I feel my unit is very secure, easy access in and out, close to freeway, but most of all the service and staffing is outstanding. The ladies in the office go out of their way to accommodate you. When I down sized after a lengthy time, they found me exactly what I wanted at the price I needed. The ladies are always upbeat and positive. It is always a pleasure to work with them.

The team at this location is super service oriented and helpful! They keep the facility clean and safe. I recommend them to anyone looking for a professionally managed storage facility.

I came here in a Crunch because I was moving unexpectedly and had little time. Basically they had the size I needed available. I could have moved to another facility closer to me since but I just love the management here. The ladies are literally the nicest people! They treat you like family and are so considerate. They keep the place looking great. It doesn't seem like a dead abandoned row of garages like other facilities. Storage units are clean and premises as well. Truly the only bill I enjoy going in to pay!

I recommend this Security Public Storage facility without hesitation. Great managers, a reliable and superbly run operation. Thankful to be able to have found them!

This is the first time I've needed storage since I moved from home. I can't say enough about how nice the two sisters are and the customer oriented service. They helped me get right into a unit ( I needed one fast) and then even negotiated and got me a better price for a bigger unit! The units are clean and nice. I have already recommended to friends and I will definitely go back if I ever need storage again. My boyfriend and I couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend Security Public Storage to anyone looking for a awesome storage company. First of all it is extremely well taken care of and the grounds are always clean and well kept. But what sold me was the customer service. Terry and Traci, the two wonderful ladies that manage the office, are very friendly and go the extra mile. They are extremely professional and I look forward to seeing them every month. I don't send in my payment or pay online just so I can go in and say Hello to them. So to my two new sisters "Keep up the awesome job"!

Rented with them for a couple years now.  Good location with security and insurance.  I don't worry about theft and feel safe having my things there.  The service is awesome.  I look forward to calling and talking to the awesome ladies that are there to help. Super friendly atmosphere.  :)

I love renting from this facility. The managers Terry and Tracy are wonderful professional and kind. When you walk on the grounds it's very clean they have an excellent security system and I feel extremely safe with my things being there. I've rented from security public storage in Santa Rosa for over 10 years and I recommend this place to family and friends or anybody that wants a safe clean professional storage facility to rent from.

Security Public Storage is a Santa Rosa Gem! You can't ask for a better team of people. The most friendly business I've ever dealt with. As far as security goes, I've never felt as secure as I do with Security PS. I've had units all over the U.S. none have come anywhere close to them in Service or Security. I HIGHLY suggest storing with the best at Security Public Storage!!!!

WOW! I can't say enough about these two lovely ladies (twin sisters) Traci and Terry are awesome! Like most people who have used public storage more than once I have had some Very bad experiences in the past. No so with Traci and Terry! these two beautiful ladies bend over backwards to make sure every customer is not only satisfied but a happy customer!

I have had some of my possessions and treasures like tools, fishing gear, antique electric trains and assorted household " stuff" I don't have room for in my apartment stored at Security Public Storage in Santa Rosa, California for 3 1/2 years. Traci and Terry have always treated me like one of their family.
Traci and Terry are professional in the fullest meaning of the word, they are friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service to every customer whether they have the largest or the smallest storage locker, all are treated as the most important customer in the world!

I can't say enough about this storage facility. I spoke with both ladies on the phone. They both are very kind and helpful. I am so glad I chose this storage facility over some that were even closer to where I am currently staying. It's clean, secure, in a better part of SR, but I highly recommend Security public storage.

I can't say enough good things about Security Public Storage and the amazing team that manages this facility. Tracy and Terry are kind, knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful, interesting, intelligent and extremely competant! I highly recommend this facility for either short or long term storage!

I work for a local hospital and was working very hard to find and pay for storage for one of our patients. Terri and her sister were so very helpful and offered me a nice discount.

In addition, they were very helpful as we worked to keep the payments low and affordable. My patient and her family are very grateful to have this help at a difficult time. I look forward to seeing the facility.

Have stored with Security Public Storage on Hopper Avenue for years, and can't praise them enough. Reasonably priced and very well run by Terry and Tracy. Genuinely lovely people!
