Art and his crew were professional and very honest about the work I wanted done. He managed three jobs, an update on an old deck which required taking care of minor dry rot to the side of my house, turned an old 2 season porch into a new den, and updated all the electrical in my house and turned out really good under budget under schedule. I can't say enough. His crew were on time, professional, and very polite. The work was amazing finished on time and on budget. I have him doing more work on house, will not go to anyone else. I have contacted other companies to come and give estimates and he beat them all hands down. A true professional. We HIGHLY recommend Pacific Homeworks.

I had a manager for my project Art , who was so nice & really stayed on top of things & kept in touch. Despite the rain the project moved forward without too much delay and is finished beautifully. Over the summer we decided to start replacing our old windows with new energy efficient windows. A sales associate stopped by and gave his sales pitch. As a science teacher I was greatly impressed with the demonstration with the heat lamp and radiometer to show how well they block out the heat. With the price of the windows, we were only able to complete the windows along the front of the house, and a second window in the living room.

It took less than a day for two men to come to our house and install 4 windows. Due to the age of the old windows, the workers had to cut up the glass to get them out. Although the process was messy, the men made sure to have drop cloths down and to clean up after themselves.

Even with just having the windows that face the sun replaced, already we were able to tell a huge difference. Our kitchen and living room where the windows were installed says cooler (which is helpful in the summer time) and the noise from outside has greatly reduced. The noise reduction is a big thing when you have neighbors who likes to play their music louder than necessary.

We are now in the process of installing the last window in our living room to finish off the room (it looks a little silly have one window different than the other two!) as well as replacing the french doors in our office. I am really excited to see what the french doors will look like, as well as the office staying cooler with an energy efficient door.

I wish we had the money to complete the whole house all at once, but am very thankful that Pacific Homeworks are willing to work with us to install a couple windows at a time. Eventually we will have the whole house completed, and am happy that we are dealing with a company willing to work with us so we can instal the windows a few at a time instead of requiring us to complete the project all at once.

We are very happy with our windows we had put in. They are not overpriced for the quality that we got. I had other company's come out and they did have cheaper prices but so were the quality of their products. Dave and Craig were absolutely wonderful. There really took their time and lets us know everything we needed to know about their windows. There was no long wait time. We had them in within 3 weeks. All 8 windows put in within half a day. I recommend them highly. So glad we went with Pacific Homeworks.

We wanted to replace our old deck. We met with Doug and talked over a plan. Several weeks later we are enjoying a perfect deck, enjoying the structure and at night we really enjoy our coffee under the lights strung around the roof line. Love it.
