Overall my experience was very good.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. The initial presentation/estimate was very informative and thorough. The workmen were at our home at the precise time we were told they would be (a rarity for many contractors) and were very courteous. The work was done in a timely fashion, the area around our home was left neater than when they arrived and the final result is beautiful. Our two new roofs (we had the detached garage done as well) enhance our curb appeal and add value to our home. We would highly recommend Pacific Homeworks to all our friends and neighbors and fully intend to use them again.

They were very congenial. The installation crew was very knowledgeable about the installation. The only fall back was some of their sales staff tried to be high pressure.
