My mother in law has wanted to take care of the outside of her house for a while now. She decided to go with Pacific Homework's to take care of the job. We had a couple hiccups at the beginning. We were directed to David (Project Manager) and Eric ( General Manager) to voice our concerns about the direction of the job. After a meeting with both we have been nothing but pleased with the work done by the Pacific Homework's crew. The work crew for Pacific Homework's has worked tirelessly through this hot week to get the job done in one week. They have bent over backwards to give my mother in law everything that was promised her, plus more, in the contract that she signed. Eric came through with his promise of a professional job well done. Thank you Eric. David was especially instrumental in getting the job done to our expectations. The countless phone calls and meetings were definitely above and beyond. Pacific Homework's should be grateful to have both Eric and David as their employees!!! My mother in law is extremely happy with the finished product.

I had to find a roofer for my moms house and had seen Pacific Homeworks in the Union Tribune with a discount to schedule an estimate. They were very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. I think the main thing for me that stuck out was any questions I had I was able to make a phone call and get it answered quickly and thoroughly. We're very pleased with the work and the warranty on the roof will be using them in the future for other projects that they can help us with.

I have only good things to say about Pacific Homeworks.

One of the sales people recently stopped by and gave me a presentation on some of their products. I was quite impressed with the products they offered and especially found the Cool Wall Product to be very interesting. he sales person was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products and the installation process.

They offer quality products and great customer service. I know who I will call in the future when I am ready to get some work done around the house.

One of Pacific Homeworks' guys came around and knocked on our door. He was giving free estimates on the roofs and he was so nice and professional. I signed up and the guys came the very next day like they said they would. They spent a while doing all the measuring and unfortunately the price was out of the budget, but I was really impressed with their products offered and the high quality service. I hope to use them in the future. I saw pictures of the work they do... and it's definitely something to shoot for! High quality!

They do good work and are extremely easy to work with. Jeff, was great and easy to work with, he provided great customer service throughout the duration of the project. i will be recommending Pacific Homeworks to my family and friends.

I'm happy with the job they did on our house.. The gray stucco looks great. Art the project manager worked with us on the details we wanted. Hector and his team did a nice job on the house. His crew always cleaned up the work site daily. Our house was done in a timely manner. We get a lot of thumbs up from our neighbors now.

We had all our windows replaced by Pacific Homeworks. Their bid for the job was fair and the man who came out to measure the windows was extremely precise and accurate. The windows are made to order so they took a while to arrive but once they were ready the crew installed them in less than 2 hours!!! They put tarps on the floor and hung up draping to prevent any dust from traveling through the house (there was absolutely no mess anywhere). Because the windows were made to order, there was no damage to the walls or stucco.

The insulation and sound proofing they provide was nothing short of amazing. I never turn on the heat in the winter anymore.

My roof developed leaks around the skylights ,we had one company who came to us to evaluate things and they suggest us to change the entire roof ,which was only 5 years old . Well,I gave it a thought and felt like It doesn't need that much work and especially replacement of entire roof also as the roof wasn't that old.

They did the best job on replacing my roof. I'm Very happy, they were a professional efficient punctual and reliable crew and all the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

My experience with these guys was great ! We decided to give them a call when we needed help with our torch-down roof that was damaged by the wind .They kept the work clean and professional ,responded fast ,gave us a fair price and did really nice job .Call these guys immediately .Don't bother looking elsewhere.Super pleasant dealings with the office staff as well.Thank you guys for amazing job and for my new roof ! Highly recommended!
