Pacific Homeworks is a great company when it comes to customer service. They really went extra mile when it came to make sure I was happy. I've had all the windows in my home replaced with the Atrium dual pane window and believe these are the best window for the price. Everyone was very professional from the rep who gave the most informative presentation to the install crew whom answered every question I had.

I have no problem recommending Pacific Homeworks to anyone who is thinking of having new windows installed.

We don't recall names but the installation crew was great as well as the guys that came out and made the sale.

I would like to recognize everyone for their exceptional service, they are nice.

Pacific homeworks did some great work on our new roof. They completed the project in three days and the roof looks amazing. Also amazing is the 50 year warranty. The people were professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. We will recommend PHW to our family and friends.

Pacific Homeworks did an outstanding job on our house in Chula Vista. We have owned the house for nearly 30 years, and the exterior was quite run down. Pacific Homeworks made it look like new. We would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were very impressed with Pacific Homeworks. Steve gave a great presentation and was there through every part of our job. Pacific Homeworks has an excellent roofing crew. After tearing off our old roof they found damage to our home and didn't try to overcharge to bring it up to code. thank god for an honest Rep and company!

We recently had some windows replaced by these folks. The original sales people were competent and seemed to know their products well. We took a chance despite noticing some negative reviews. I've had contract work before so was aware of possible pitfalls. However, these guys didn't let us down. They came when they said they would show up - they worked diligently on the project and cleaned up every last piece of debris when done. It was obvious they knew what they were doing with the installation and even explained a few things that had caused our problems with the previous window installation.

The stucco person had to return a couple of times and someone called from the office almost daily to follow up on if he had come or not, and if we were pleased with the work when done. They already had their money, so their follow up was impressive. Great customer service, and the windows are everything the sales team promised - super insulators even in direct sun for hours. Yay!

My only issue was a very pushy sales guy who called me once, after the work was complete, to try to line up more work. I called the main office to complain, and was immediately forwarded to someone in management. The following day another person called to follow up, wanting to know the details of my complaint so that they can speak with the salesman and make appropriate changes in their approach.

I'm all about quality control and good communication, and they seem to have a good handle on theirs. I won't hesitate to ask for bids on future work that we'll be needing to have done. It appears their products are quality and I feel good about their workmanship and qualified personnel. I think they actually have it really together there.

I cannot say enough about Pacific Homeworks! They are not only capable, but personable and courteous. We would definitely recommend them!
